  The reservation department needs a serious system upgrade. I was scheduled to pick up my car on Saturday was told by reservation specialist last name (Donald) that there was 100% a mini van at the location for me. When it came time for pick up there was in fact not a mini van nor a suv that was a 7 passenger. I had to end up delaying our departure by 3 hours. This is a big deal! How is the reservation department not aware of the fleet available per location? With all the technology in the world spend some money and upgrade your systems. Noone wants to delay and have to go pick a car up from a different location on the day of departure. Just want to be clear this is a reservation department issue the in store employees I came in contact with were very polite and apologetic about the delay and location changes.

  I specifically reserved a mini van. Enterprise called me the day before to confirm my reservation (which I have never had to do in the past). I was at work so they left a voicemail for me to call back and confirm I would be picking the vehicle up between 10-11am since that is what I made my reservation for. I attempted to call back 2x that same day and no one answered the phone. I waited on hold both times for a long time saying no one was available to help me at that time and there was not an option to leave a voicemail. I showed up to pick up my vehicle during the time I reserved and they did not have a mini van. They told me it was because I didn’t confirm. I had to drive all the way to Newport to get a vehicle. Taylor at the Lawrenceburg location told me that they would give me a discount when I arrived to Newport. When I got there they told me they had nothing to do with happened at the Lawrenceburg location and that Taylor never discussed the situation with them. After a lot of unnecessary drama we got a 15% off of our total price. We will not rent from Lawrenceburg enterprise again as this is the 2nd time we have had issues there!

  I reserved Ford Edge and got a Ford Escape. I have been upsided before but never downsized. Not feeling very safe in this small SUV. I would have even paid more for larger but wasn't offered that either.Very disappointing!
