  Went in to buy a specific tire. They said they had 1 in stock. Which they did. However they didn't tell me until they handed me the paperwork it was a 2022 DOT. This should be informed ASAP as its 2026. While they did fairly and heavily discount the tire by idk 35%? And I appreciate it didnt need to discuss that with them. This is industry standard for old dot tires. However I would have bought 4 old dot Bridgestones installed for $500 im indy if I wanted 2022 dot stamped tires. You know what is industry standard? Replacing the the rubber grommet / valve stem nut kit when mounting and dismounting a tire. They did not. I went to a competing business that also had the other 1 tire that i was looking for and got that installed on the other side. Guess what they did? They changed the nut and valve stem grommet. So guess where I'm getting the other 2 tires replaced at when they are in stock? The other place. Also don't particularly appreciate that i have to pay for a whole mount dismount again to get the new valve stem grommet. Though note that tire barn charged me more to mount and dismount without the grommet than the other place charged me and included the grommet in that price. I think that is everything I need to know about Tire Barn. I realize it is a very busy shop and probably faster than the chain store I went to after, but they are still charging more for mt/dmt balance and not including a grommet. It seems small to some but I actually worked in a tire shop before and I couldn't tell you how many valve stem grommet leaks I've seen happen over the years. Fast service ? Yes. Fair pricing? Needs work. Communication....needs work. Skilled techs? Seems so - another reason I'm upset about the grommet. They are right next to an advance auto parts store too and an Oreilys. Soooo if out....get more right? It would also be fair for everyone to know i manage a shop (non competing - for semi trucks) and I would dealing with this mistake if it happened under my watch.

  THE GOOD: Excellent customer service! They truly honor their free tire rotations for life of tires with a tire set purchase. Been getting the free rotations for about 4 years now, never a charge & no upselling. Just promised service as advertised. THE BAD: I just wish they allowed to purchase the tire warranty on only 4 tires. (I bought 5 tires & 5 wheels with one intended as a spare set). They wouldn't allow me to warranty only the ones I was driving on, which is a bit absurd because it would be painfully obvious if I switched out the brand new spare and started using it - which would have actually benefited them. Because of this I couldn't afford the additional warranty cost as I had just spent OVER $5,000 on wheels & tires. Not to mention, there's no need to warranty a tire you don't drive on. I also wish offered 3rd party or even in-house financing, or even a discount when spending that much $$ (5 tires & 5 wheels & paid full price) I'm wanting a new & more aggressive set of tires and they don't offer any viable financing options such as Afirm. But DT service DOES offer 3rd party financing, and their bulky-aggressive mudder tires are priced considerably lower - even at full price.

  The service was good until they decided not to listen to me about putting my spare tire in a bag so my back seat didn't get wet cause of the rain...they didn't listen to me and took it upon themselves to discard a brand new tire that was my spare

  We had 3 stud on a wheel and the the technician. Said he couldn't take the wheel off because he couldn't torque it which might be true .but I heard they just tried to get money.so it cost 90.00 more dollars. But they did a good job

  Went in for a tire check and discovered my car needed all new tires and an alignment. I figured that would be the case as its been driving differently for a little while. My car was done in an hour and a half on a Saturday! I will be back soon for rear brakes and 2 rear tires. Thank you!
