  Picked up a nail in a tire while traveling on vacation. Tire was inspected and repaired in under 1 hour then back on the road to enjoy the vacation.

  Staff is pleasant. Shop is clean. My one complaint is it was $30 to plug a tire. A plug kit is like $5 wholesale. I imagine they pay less than that. I only didn’t do it myself because the problem happened right by their store and didn’t have one in the car.

  I will give fast service… but NOT do job right. I asked them oil change and tire rotation. They told me tire balance is package if you buy premium synthetic oil, but they will still charge you. So not recommended. My daughter drove home after oil changed and tire rotation, she told me cars engine got really loud on the way back to the house. She chalked under the car on the drive way, she found small oil puddle. I had to leave work to take a look, there is no oil left. Now check engine light came out. I called the store and they told me to bring the car, but I didn’t want to drive since no oil in the engine. They told me to call tow truck. We towed the car back to the shop, they found sloppy job replacing oil filter and left old O ring in, so all oil came out. Very disappointed and it should take an hour service, not it turned out a half day event .. waste my time.

  Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Answered all of my questions and didn’t rush me when trying to make a decision on which tire to buy. They also helped me figure out what would work best for my budget.

  I was driving from Florida to Wisconsin when I found a piece of glass in the sidewall of my tire. I was a 30 year Bridgestone/Firestone employee. I called the Firestone down the street, explained my background and situation and checked availability. They had the exact Bridgestone tire I needed. However they closed in an hour and refused to sell me the tire. I called Austin at your store. He was courteous and professional. They got me in just before closing time. Thanks for your courteous and expedient service!
