  The biggest issue I have with this dealership is the $1100 pre-delivery inspection that they slipped in to the MSRP. The agreed price was $12,950 when signing the paperwork the price jumped to $14,050. I told him I didn’t agree to this price and they proceeded to tell me it was the pre-delivery inspection. The pre-delivery inspection is already built into the MSRP and charging a separate $1100 fee is a common dealership tactic to add a hidden profit margin to the sale my 17 foot 2025 Chester compact RE. $1100 PDI is a massive overcharge. This trailer is an entry-level lightweight coach. There are no slide outs to check, no complex multizone climate systems, no hydraulic levering jacks, and no massive battery banks. The thorough inspection should take less than an hour and charging $1100 breaks down to an astronomical hourly labor rate. I bought this New 2025 Shasta Compact RE from Happy Camper’s which included the solar prep package with controller and 200 watt solar panel. Upon delivery, I did not see the solar panel on top and when I asked about it, I was told that is was a flexible flat panel that could only be seen by climbing a ladder (conveniently there wasn’t a ladder available). I live four hours away, and when I got home, I checked for the solar panel. Surprisingly, there was none. When I contacted the dealership and asked about it, I got an apology and said that their other 2025 Shasta compact RE had the solar panel and couldn’t understand why this one doesn’t and that was it. No further explanation. The last thing I have to say is, they must’ve not given it a thorough inspection otherwise they would’ve caught that the thermal coupler on the rear burner of the 2 burner countertop stove that is faulty. Simple fix, $20 part. When I called and asked them if this is a warranty item they said sure bring it into the service department. I’m not driving an eight hour round-trip for a $20 part. When I upgrade to my toy hauler, I will not be coming back to this dealership. Very disappointed.

  Jullie went above and beyond the call of duty to get me my Camper and then when it came it had a rip in it so she sent it back and it came within two days and I was able to get it the weekend I wanted it. It was awesome.

  I am retracting my previous review. Once the owner found out what happened he called and was very apologetic to me and my husband. He got us everything we needed. We are so excited we can go camping He also said he would have a meeting so everyone was on the same page Thank you for making us very happy I would recommend shopping there. Just ask for Randy Pulliam if you are not satisfied he will try to make everything right.
