  Got hit by a deer April 18th about 4 dents and a little of the window outer edge came off. It is now May 27th and they said it would be done 2 weeks ago we called and they hadn’t even STARTED! We then saw it said estimated date May 29th but they are in the build up process🙄. Crazy how you can call this place “professional” and “best in town” worst place I’ve felt with in 35 years!

  We have had an absolutely terrible experience with Gerber Collision & Glass on Farabee Drive in Lafayette, Indiana. After being involved in an accident that was not our fault, our insurance directed us to this location, and what should have been a straightforward repair process has turned into an ongoing nightmare. Our vehicle has had to be brought back multiple times because repairs were either incomplete, done incorrectly, or new issues appeared after pickup. Every single time we think the problems are resolved, we discover something else that was overlooked or improperly fixed. The quality of work has been extremely disappointing. Customer service has been just as bad. My husband has primarily dealt with Fawn, who has consistently been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout this process. Rather than taking accountability, there always seems to be an excuse, and blame is constantly shifted onto technicians or someone else. At no point have we felt like our concerns were genuinely taken seriously. Today I personally dealt with Rashad while dropping off the vehicle, and the experience was equally frustrating. He appeared completely unprepared and unfamiliar with even basic processes, making an already stressful situation even worse. When I returned and interacted with Fawn again, her attitude made it feel like helping customers was an inconvenience. We understand mistakes can happen, but repeated repair issues combined with poor communication and unprofessional customer service is unacceptable. We have lost confidence in both the workmanship and the management at this location. I would strongly encourage others to think carefully before using this Gerber Collision location for repairs.

  Worst car repair experience of my 55 years of life. Talked to 2 insurance companies in town and they agreed.

  The staff at Gerber are very knowledgeable and are very good at keeping you informed of the whole repair process. They really take the time to explain everything and make stressful situation less stressful.

  Was told you car was ready. I went and looked at it, and I wanted to cry! My suv looked like a child did it. My wife was side swiped on Christmas, heading home from the hospital. My suv has blind spot mirrors. That was broken. My head light casing was busted. Hood was damaged. Didn’t put the right mirror on my car. Whole right side was not set right. Looks like they just slapped it back together and said oh well! Wanted to go ahead and pay my deductible, even tho my suv wasn’t fixed. I will never return to this place! Absolutely horrible place. EGOS SUCK!
