  Great customer service. The whole left side of my car was hit while parked. I took it to Gerber where they looked at it, gave me an estimate and had me in the shop the next week. The work they did on my car was exemplary. My car was ready and looking great a few days before they told me it would be. I would 100% recommend Gerber to anyone

  Five star! I worked in a car plant for 36 years. I inspected our automobiles before they were shipped. Trust me, this was like brand new!

  I'm not the most happy with the service. At first I thought it came out good. Then after just a month my scrape guard was hanging down underneath from the clips not staying on. Then my front bumper clips also came undone after 2 months. So now my front bumper is hanging and there is gapping on the front of my car. It's been now 4 months cause I haven't had time to take it back in. I just don't think after the 1st 2 months my clips should of been off from driving. Not the happiest person. I feel like they weren't thorough enough and very careful if my car parts are coming off.

  I was sent here by Geico to have my car repaired after I was in an accident. The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. It was estimated to take about 2 weeks to get all the repair done, it actually ended up taking 3 weeking but they were very good about calling me and keeping me updated if changes were made. And there is also an Enterprise were I was able to get a rental while my parents case getting repaired. Overall I was very satisfied with how professional the staff was and how well done my repairs were after receiving my car back.
