  Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. Their online rental requirements state that a temporary ID may be refused if there is a concern about identity or authenticity. In my case, there were no concerns regarding either, yet my rental was still refused. I also had my passport with me as an accompanying form of identification, as their requirements indicate may be used in this situation. However, I was told that their compliance team would not accept it. If Enterprise does not accept temporary IDs under any circumstances, the website should clearly state that instead of providing requirements that suggest otherwise. Customers should not be allowed to meet the listed requirements only to be turned away at the counter. Either update the website to accurately reflect the actual policy or honor the requirements that are currently published.

  I've never left a bad review but I am quite upset about this situation. I have been a loyal enterprise customer for a few years. Today I was late to pick up my reservation, I do take responsibility for that. However, the manager called to verify I was still coming to pick up my reservation. I told him I would be there within the hour, and he said great, see you then. Not once did he mention my reservation being cancelled, not available, or any risk of either happening during the call. When I arrived he informed me my reservation was no longer available because I was late. This should have been mentioned when he verified I was still coming so I didn't drive out there for no reason. He did try putting me in a different rental, but he didn't have anything that would work for what I needed. I don't see any where on their website or my reservation about the late cancellation policy. Very unprofessional and total lack of communication. Do not recommend. After leaving Enterprise, we went to Hertz down the street and they put me in the car I needed with no issues. Much better customer service and communication. 10/10 definitely recommend Hertz!

  Great staff working promptly to help us around another issue we were having, separate from Enterprise. We really appreciate their assistance to get us back on the road!
