Thankfully, all I needed this time was a new battery. The man and woman (wish I'd of gotten their names) working Wednesday 7/29/26 were amazing! Though I pretty much knew what I wanted, they were very helpful. Not pushy, just let me know the were there to help. Which they did. They were both extremely friendly, courteous, and made my wife and I feel welcome. Car battery shopping aside, they made LIFE better with their attitudes/actions. This kind of customer service and treatment is unfortunately rare today. But not this day, not at this Advance. Thank you 🙏

Cheapest one they had was $240+. Beyond tired of businesses advertising low prices then not having what is promised after you drive half an hour to get to their store.

On the other hand, Christian at the Teal Road location was outstanding—professional and genuinely helpful. It’s a shame the experience can be so different depending on the location, but he deserves recognition for excellent service.
