My experience with Abbott's Precision Collision was extremely disappointing. After bringing my vehicle in, I discovered they never installed the wheel well liner, and the paint on the bumper began peeling soon after the repair. When I returned to have the bumper repainted, it took more than a week with no updates. Communication was practically nonexistent—calls went unanswered, and there was no voicemail available to leave a message. I won’t get in to the paint & flex color matching. The lack of care, follow‑up, and basic customer service made this an overall terrible experience. I cannot recommend them based on what I went through.

Abbott's took great care of us after a collision. Even though there were insurance delays, Abbott's kept proactively communicating for 3 weeks and was on top of things when we got a resolution. Our former collision center took longer than that to actually fix a car, so we're very happy with Abbott's and will use them for all our future repair needs.

Abbott's went out of their way to help me with a non-responsive insurance company. They kept calling and tracking their efforts so that I'd know right away when I could proceed (or have evidence in case of any stall efforts by insurance). They went out of their way when they didn't have to, and as a result I got the most expedited result I could. I'll definitely be back if I need more repair work done.
