Abbott's took great care of us after a collision. Even though there were insurance delays, Abbott's kept proactively communicating for 3 weeks and was on top of things when we got a resolution. Our former collision center took longer than that to actually fix a car, so we're very happy with Abbott's and will use them for all our future repair needs.

Abbott's went out of their way to help me with a non-responsive insurance company. They kept calling and tracking their efforts so that I'd know right away when I could proceed (or have evidence in case of any stall efforts by insurance). They went out of their way when they didn't have to, and as a result I got the most expedited result I could. I'll definitely be back if I need more repair work done.

There was overspray on the window, dripping along part of the door, and a spot where it looks like air was blown on the paint when it was still wet. Not pictured was a part of the wheel well that my mechanic had to fasten because it was not put back together.
This is not including the fact that they had my car for over one month and my clutch blew within 24 hours of my getting the car back. It was clear whoever had been driving my car didn't know how to drive a manual based on how my e-brake was used both times I got my car back. Instead of being honest and telling me my car was not drivable, they told me someone had test driven the vehicle. When I got there with my child, it died 3 times before I got out of the parking lot and I made it two buildings away before having to have it towed. As I was walking out, understandably upset, the woman at the desk had the nerve to say in a snotty tone, "You're welcome."
