  There was overspray on the window, dripping along part of the door, and a spot where it looks like air was blown on the paint when it was still wet. Not pictured was a part of the wheel well that my mechanic had to fasten because it was not put back together. This is not including the fact that they had my car for over one month and my clutch blew within 24 hours of my getting the car back. It was clear whoever had been driving my car didn't know how to drive a manual based on how my e-brake was used both times I got my car back. Instead of being honest and telling me my car was not drivable, they told me someone had test driven the vehicle. When I got there with my child, it died 3 times before I got out of the parking lot and I made it two buildings away before having to have it towed. As I was walking out, understandably upset, the woman at the desk had the nerve to say in a snotty tone, "You're welcome."

  I had to come and leave a review because I had an amazing experience. I called many shops but when I called Abbotts it immediately felt different. The person who answered was Becca and to my surprise not only was she kind and welcoming but took the time to ask how I was and if I was okay before ever worrying about money or a job. She then told me she could have me come in immediately for an estimate and other shops were scheduled out or just wanted to get me in quick but was booked out weeks to start work. Upon getting to Abbotts there were other customer's but again when I walked in immediately I still was considered and made a priority. There she was at the desk Becca, answering a call, finishing an estimate and welcoming me. She did the estimate, took all the insurance information and assured me she would make it as easy as possible for me on her end and she did. All I had to do was wait. After a couple days I was called with an update that parts came in and my car would be done by the end of the week. Well I picked it up and it looks amazing! So thankful for the hard work from Abbotts! Ill be a customer for life!
