  For starters, maybe work on simple "hello I'm your enterprise driver" when picking someone up. Next, actually have a rental thats equivalent to their reservation (I.E.: a Honda Civic is NOT comparable to an SUV). Third, stop with the ridiculous 20 page contract that includes no pets in the vehicle. In this day and age of social media, my photos of the ABSOLUTELY repulsive rental you gave me, would "trend" amongst my 25K followers. No pets, should mean no pets, or take it out of your everlasting rental contract. Lastly, the lack of a call back from day one when I called to address your short comings, was nothing less of just terrible business etiquette. I'm grateful my children still could get to their medical appointments via the rental, but I hope I never need a rental again from you.

  I unexpectedly stopped in on June 30, 2026, with an Enterprise car I got out of state due to getting a notification that my windshield wiper fluid was low. Zephyr was very helpful, checked for leaks, and even cleaned my windshield for me. I had other issues with that car when I was driving in other states, and didn’t have half the level of courteous service I got at this LaPorte branch. 100% recommend the LaPorte Enterprise.
