  Classic scam. "Sorry, we've only got this really expensive unnecessary oil for your truck." I have 30 of these trucks all over the nation and it is NEVER almost $300 for an oil change. These people will screw you, they don't care about you or your car. Find a local place with a person you can trust.

  Because 0 stars is not an option. The service guy named Clayton started off by saying he was the only one that could change my battery and he was terrified of electricity so it was gonna take a while. Then he could not get the terminal loose and told me I was gonna have to call the tow truck and pay for it to get the car out of the shop and when I said that’s not gonna happen he called me a crybaby. I spoke with his boss and I actually called Valvoline’s customer service and they told me they were gonna send me a coupon for 50% off which never came. They jumped my car off and I went two seconds down the street and a lady had it off in literally 10 seconds flat and changed my battery. I felt disrespected unwanted, and unappreciated. I’m not sure as a lifelong Valvoline member I’ll ever be back. Ronnie Bumgarner and Cs3370578 is my case reference number. A a complete drop of the ball on your part.

  Lee was very nice and informative about every step in the process. He was training Eli and Drew was also there. All three were very professional but Lee’s performance was outstanding. He is a very upbeat and funny. I will continue to come here just because of my experience with Lee.

  Staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. I have only had this vehicle for 3 weeks and Jaden went over and above in assisting me in getting better acquainted with my vehicle and keeping me informed with each process of the service. I use to be able to do everything myself but at age 77, times have changed in both me and the newer vehicles. I was hoping to find a service center that I could trust and know the services were both better and cheaper than what the dealerships offer. I shall return.
