  Pulled in with 2 cars already being worked on, wait about 15 min. Worker motions for me to pull into right lane. About 10 mins later someone pulls into left lane. Then the left lane is done and that person who arrived 25 MINUTES!!!! after me gets to go first. I will never go to another Valvoline for the rest of my life. How do you let that happen? Absolutely zero value of the time of your customers. Shameful.

  Fast and friendly service. Was there at 6:25 pm on Wed., they close at 7pm. 2 guys pulled up that work there because they had a meeting. Totally disrupted the employees trying to work. They should keep the banter, inside jokes between each other for closing time. The 2 that rolled up were unprofessional. Those working did a good job trying to maintain professionalism Jason, matt, kirg well done. When I'm paying for a service I would like to know that the fellas working on my vehicle are not horseplaying.

  Went into Kokomo for a basic oil and filter change. Both bays were full when I arrived. I wasn’t done with my basic service for an hour after I arrived. The tech under the truck didn’t put a filter on until one of the others asked him about it. I understand being busy put it should not have taken that long for a basic oil change. And why did someone have to tell the technician to change the filter. Anytime you get the oil changed the filter gets changed too.

  My service team was Jaden and Matt very polite and nice , I give them a 5 star for being informative, helpful and quickly done .

  Matt did a great job helping me get all the things my car needed in a timely matter. He was so nice a professional, went out of his way to make sure I was safe and ready to hit the road.
