- NLNancy LescrynskiJun 30, 20261.0I have had a problem (twice) getting a vehicle I booked months in advance. The Kokomo office does not have enough inventory and they know it. They let you “reserve” something on line and then don’t have it when you go to pick it up. Then they try to give you something you don’t want. It’s the only car rental place in Kokomo so they lie and get away with it. Aweful place. No integrity. Management a big disappointment. Rent at your own peril.
- BBBlathersJun 27, 20265.0Fantastic experience, booked a week in advance for the cheapest car and got a 2025 Hyundai in great condition. Since I filled in my details ahead of time the pickup was super quick and took no more than 5 minutes. Really good service aside from them momentarily losing my reservation and giving me a scare. I also requested to be picked up close by which was at first a weird process but they did send someone which was much appreciated.

Once it was my turn she said they overbooked and didn’t have a vehicle for me. The gentleman behind me was in the same boat. We both drove to come pick up the vehicle that we reserved only to be turned away. 0 out of 5!

The office is VERY busy it seems but the gentleman who helped us was wonderful, didn’t rush us and answered any questions we had fully. We have had horrible renting experiences with other car rental places in the past (Hertz) and always dread having to rent a car for any reason but I will absolutely go back to the Marion office and deal with this gentleman again!
