- SMSimara MccrackenJul 30, 20261.0Someone hit me and their insurance provided me a rental car from Enterprise. The first issue was that they did not have the level of car I was promised. Second, my credit card was charged almost $200 and I have been trying to dispute this since April. The first charge they claimed a new employee messed up. The second charge they claimed was Progressives fault because the payment didn’t auto renew from them so they just charged my card instead. Watch your credit card statements if you rent from them. Still waiting on my money back…

Was given another car that smelled like a trash can all with in 30 minutes, same day then given another car trashed inside spilled dried soda all over the interior. Windshield, windows and headliner. I ended up washing the exterior and interior of the car because the staff is completely incompetent. I have never had this bad of service. I travel all the time and never right reviews. But this place is ran like trash. Go to a different car rental company is all I can say. Pics of the last car.
