- BRBrian Rickey1 day ago2.0Inside staff was GREAT!!! The person who cleans up the vehicles is a smoker. The car had the FOUL SMELL of CIGARETTE SMOKE. After we used it for multiple days it was in the garage overnight. When I got in it the next morning it still smelled BAD. I have no desire to get a vehicle here again.

They let you “reserve” something on line and then don’t have it when you go to pick it up. Then they try to give you something you don’t want. It’s the only car rental place in Kokomo so they lie and get away with it. Aweful place. No integrity. Management a big disappointment. Rent at your own peril.

Since I filled in my details ahead of time the pickup was super quick and took no more than 5 minutes. Really good service aside from them momentarily losing my reservation and giving me a scare. I also requested to be picked up close by which was at first a weird process but they did send someone which was much appreciated.

Once it was my turn she said they overbooked and didn’t have a vehicle for me. The gentleman behind me was in the same boat. We both drove to come pick up the vehicle that we reserved only to be turned away. 0 out of 5!
