  Customer service was great. From walking into the door and even a follow up call, customer service was excellent, polite, and quick to respond. BUT In my experience and opinion they don’t know what they are talking about when it came to fitting a truck for new rims and tires. I was told a few times “ we can always try and see if it works”. Essentially not knowing. Kinda like , let’s try it and if it doesn’t work we will have you spend more money. THEN I got a call from the manager on the subject of if the KO3s will fit my stock rims - he said they would (which I knew they would not) and that I would also need a 2-3 in suspension lift. Which I did not - do not - need for my truck. Two stars ⭐️ ⭐️ I appreciate the good customer service but yall need to understand your industry more be a little more educated before asking customers to spend thousands. I would recommend to anyone heading on over to Di*****t T**e if you are looking for a good price, and quality work from experts.

  purchased 4 tires and was told I had a bent rim. Before I got the tires the car did not shimmy the steering wheel. After the installation it would shimmy if driving over 30 mph. So if the rim was bent, they bent it. Come to find out, they didn't balance the tires correctly. After taking the vehicle elsewhere to have it checked, they balanced all 4 tires and no more shimmy. Belle tire just does bad work!

  I’ve gone to Belle Tire for 5+ years, unfortunately I can’t recommend this place anymore. Customer service is not good. Their work is sub-par for the prices they charge. Friends, family, and coworkers have also mentioned mutual feelings. I guess it’s time to look for alternatives.

  Ran over a nail they were professional nice and pretty quick they patched the tire at no charge very clean and nice place

  I recently had my vehicle towed unexpectedly to Bell Tire in Kokomo with no appointment and no advance notice. From the moment the tow truck arrived, Darceil and River provided exceptional customer service. Their professionalism, calm handling of the situation, and genuine care were immediately noticeable. My vehicle needed a special‑order tire that was not in stock. Instead of delaying the repair or giving excuses, Darceil and River immediately located the tire at another Bell Tire location and had it delivered within a couple of hours. They gave me a clear estimated completion time — and my vehicle was finished before the time they promised. Both of these young men demonstrated outstanding communication, integrity, and efficiency. They treated me with respect, kept me informed, and made sure the entire process was smooth and stress‑free. Their service was truly first‑class. Without hesitation, I refer everyone to Bell Tire in Kokomo. And when you go, ask for Darceil and River. They are exceptional employees, exceptional human beings, and they represent Bell Tire at the highest level.
