Stood in line waiting while it took 3 employees to push 3 small Rubbermaid carts (with wheels) outside to load. Guess none of them could figure out a better way and IT TOOK ALL OF THEM! Then as myself and the customer in front of me waited they gathered in the door way to talk among themselves. Ended up leaving as it was clear one large shop order shuts the place down!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
