- AHAbo HaorMay 23, 20261.0Hello, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your Kendallville Indiana office on Saturday. I accidentally left my phone inside the rental car and returned to the office at exactly 12:00 PM to request assistance retrieving it. Shortly after I arrived, the employee working there informed me that I was late and refused to help open the vehicle for me, even after I clearly explained that my phone contained important personal and business information. Unfortunately, the office will not reopen until Tuesday, which means all of my business activities and important communications have now been interrupted because of this situation and the employee’s refusal to assist us in retrieving the phone. In addition, I felt very uncomfortable with the way I was spoken to during the interaction. The employee’s attitude came across as disrespectful and possibly discriminatory, which made the experience even more upsetting. We have always respected your company and regularly rent from you, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. The behavior and professionalism displayed by this employee were not appropriate and caused unnecessary harm and inconvenience. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed seriously and that appropriate action be taken. I would also appreciate a response regarding how your company plans to address this issue. Thank you.
