  Tried to over charge me when I picked up the vehicle, when I dripped off the vehicle attempted it again for almost 300.00 and when that didn't work they took at extra 20.00 out of the prepaid gas I purchased,.

  The booking and return process was easy. The person I interacted with both at pickup and drop off was friendly and answered all my questions.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff (she was previously mentioned in numerous other posts) was unprofessional, unhelpful, and made what should have been a simple rental process incredibly frustrating. It’s disappointing that people in Kendallville often end up driving to another Enterprise location because of the experience at this one. Customer service should make people want to return, not send them elsewhere. I hope upper management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the way customers are treated.

  Drove down to help someone get to an appointment, we received no calls prior to showing up where in they claimed they had tried to call us. We were told we'd need to provide a utility bill with said individual's name in order for us to rent a car. After being denied, we called to see if a medical bill would work and were told it would not. We were then told not only was the individual I tried to help banned from renting from this location (we hung up after we were told a medical bill would not suffice and we denied the 4 calls enterprise tried to call us back with afterward) but said person's MOTHER would be UPCHARGED $50 extra every day if she attempted to rent a vehicle for the individual. Incredibly poor customer service and I hope anyone reading this decides to find another company in which to do business.
