  Great experience. Josh is a great communicator, explains everything along with showing me what he's talking about. When they are willing to show everything to you this speaks volumes. It's also a plus that they are so close to our home.

  Blew my water pump on 1000 and 3 on my way home yesterday limped it to Auto Masters Waited for them to open. Talked to them wanted to confirmed it. Told them we could then talk and schedule it. They then took me home within a hour they called to confirm it. Told me the price and said they could fit it in that day. I said great. By 3:00pm they called to say it had a new water pump, thermostat, and three new belts and was ready for pick up. #small town living, #AutoMasters # Kendallville.

  I want to them 0 rating. I took my car in there to have the motor fixed. They charged me for the inspection charged. And told me the same thing I already knew. Told me I needed a new motor. But there website says they do engin repairs. I drove car for a week. The only problem a noise i the bottom of the engin. Doesn't smoke, still has power it should. They didn't even did all checks. They charged me for doing nothing.

  Very solid automotive repair shop. Honest and to the point, couldn't be happier and will go back. If you're unsure, just try it. You won't regret it!!!
