The fix was $1250, and the most valvoline did was offer a $150 refund for the oil change. They denied the claim I submitted and said they are self insured and don’t have an insurance company to file a claim against. They are denying their fault, citing “wear and tear” for stripped oil pan threads. Do not use this company, they lack care and accountability.
