  The team was very friendly and completed the services in a timely manner. They did not check my headlights or turn signals, which I thought was something other locations have done when I've gone before, but overall the service was great.

  This place is awesome, not pushy to replace things you don’t need but they will tell you when you should replace it! Great team and a great atmosphere. overall great experience.

  This is the first Valvoline experience that we’ve had that wasn’t great. The lady with the pink hair (I forgot her name) was doing a great job explaining everything for our vehicle. I felt so bad for her because every time she would ask one of the other 3 gentlemen something or speak to them, they would ignore her. Also, the manager (I assume) was arguing with the other 2 guys almost the entire time which was super unprofessional. Lastly, they overfilled the oil and one of the younger guys acted like he didn’t know what he was doing. We will probably just try to change it ourselves next time. Shoutout to the lady, though, she was doing a great job!

  Had my oil change here and the service was immaculate! Very friendly staff explained everything to me and didn’t treat me like I was a idiot even though it was first time I’ve taken my car to get any service it’s always been my family so I was a nervous wreck but they all treated me very kindly and helped me through the process. They were all very cheery and positive and just very good people and I truly appreciate their help from start to finish! :) Hannah helped ease my nerves by talking me through it and was very patient and kind, Christian was very laid back and friendly, Hakeem was super friendly, patient, kind, and detailed and the manager Gershom was very thorough, kind, and helpful they all work great together and I will definitely be back to this store because I had such a awesome experience with them! Definitely recommend going to this store they are fantastic people and did a great job! :)

  I was there for 2 hours for an oil change only. Had someone with no experience trying to pry my dash off basically to get to the cabin filter and no one helping him only to be told they dont have my filter so I waited for them to go get one from another store then after he threw my glove box parts on the concrete and decided to put it back together, the dash part was scuffed up, however, hunter the manager was professional about the situation, replaced the damaged part and was kind. I was still charged almost $200 for this experience and 20 percent off my filter they didnt have. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE.
