  JAKE did a great job! Outstanding and informative salesman. He was also very personable and understanding. He had a great knowledge of the truck and its amenities.   Buying my first tractor was a huge milestone for me, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with Jake Pollock. From start to finish, Jake made the entire process less stressful, straightforward, and positive. What stood out most was how genuine and helpful he was throughout everything. He took the time to answer questions, explain details, he was patient, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way instead of just trying to make a sale. That kind of professionalism and customer service is hard to come by these days.   My names Rocco I’m a new owner operator. I purchased my first truck…a lightly used 2023 Peterbilt 579 from Jake Pollock at TLG Louisville. I would highly recommend TLG Peterbilt to any of my friends or family. It’s been a good experience. I plan to make this a career until retirement and will be coming back to buy my second truck in spring of 2027 and then one more every year to build my fleet until I have enough trucks and drivers on the road to where I can work from home dispatching and doing the back-office part of the operation. Stepping out of a company truck and taking the leap to starting my own company was intimidating and Jake was very patient with me and my thousands of questions about the equipment and the “in’s and out’s”of the purchasing process from loan to warranty. I’m only buying my trucks from Jake. He’s honest and a wealth of knowledge. In this industry that’s not just important that’s priceless.

  Bought a used truck from Jake , huge mistake . I was told the truck was serviced and inspected and would pass any inspection including Mercer’s inspection since that’s who I’m leased to . It took TLG a week to get the truck to pass inspection . Constant breakdowns . Second load the truck derated had to have nox sensors changed . It’s been the worst truck I’ve ever driven in 27 years . I’m now 5 months in and over $20k in repairs out of pocket and 6 weeks of out of service / down time total . I’ve talked to a couple others who are leased on with Mercer who have had the same problem. Stay away from TLG and Jake Pollock , junk trucks and lies . They will bankrupt you as they are doing me !
