Love it here. I get my car cleaned as often as possible and its easy with one location close to work and the other not too far from home.

When I pay $30 for their Pro 5 plus, I would expect to get everything that I paid for. All four of my tires and rims weren't clean. On top of that only one tiny spot had tire shine on all 4 tires. On top of that their ability to take credit cards is always down. Definitely not worth $30. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you want an inferior wash.
Its not a parking lot for a motorcycle.
The...stones they use are a reflection of their greedy character.

I am filing a complaint regarding the cancellation of my monthly membership with Take 5 Car Wash without notice or explanation.
My membership was suddenly canceled even though my account was in good standing. I received no email, phone call, text message, or written notice explaining the cancellation. When I attempted to contact customer service by phone, I was unable to reach anyone for assistance.
I visited the car wash location in person to ask why my membership had been canceled. At first, an employee told me it may have been because I did not have my membership sticker displayed properly. I then showed the employee that my sticker was clearly displayed in my windshield. After that, I was told they did not know why my membership had been canceled.
The employee then offered to start me on a new membership, but informed me that prices had increased by approximately $10 per month. The employee also stated that they had been dealing with this issue with multiple customers throughout the day, which suggests this may not have been an isolated incident.
I believe customers should receive clear notice and honest explanations before memberships are canceled, especially if they are then required to pay a higher monthly rate to restore service.
I am requesting:
A clear explanation for why my membership was canceled.
Reinstatement of my original membership pricing.
Clarification regarding whether other customers were similarly affected without notice.
I believe the company’s handling of this situation was misleading, poorly communicated, and unfair to existing customers.

Had an awesome experience at Take 5 Car Wash in Jeffersonville. Crystal with the pink hair went above and beyond and absolutely killed it with customer service. Super friendly, hardworking, and made the whole experience way better than expected. The wash looked amazing after. Employees like her deserve a raise for real. Definitely coming back!
