- TWTim WilliamsAug 10, 20264.0On 8/8/26 my daughter got a flat tire on 465. AAA was able to put on her spare tire before I could get there as I was an hour away. I met her at this shop so that we could get the tire repaired or replaced. The techs at the shop looked at the tire and explained that since it had been ran flat there could be possible sidewall damage and would need to be replaced and I agreed. They did have the correct size in stock and was able to get her in and got the tire replaced quickly. The techs at this place were very professional and courteous. They were having issues with their printer so they told me they would have to email me my receipt, a couple days later and I have still not received an email with my receipt. Lastly, 2 things that could made the visit better 1) when installing the lug nuts don’t use the shops impact gun to tighten them then go get the torque wrench, if you tighten them with a impact and the lug nuts don’t turn when checked with a torque wrench they are over torqued. 2) when putting the spare tire back in it normal spot take the extra time to put it in correctly and install the restraint. These 2 small things makes the difference from a 5 star review. Again thankful for the techs getting us in and out quickly they were nice and helpful.
