  I brought my Ford van to Xpress Pro Tire & Auto for a specific issue and clearly explained the symptoms. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem, they replaced rotors, brake pads, and recommended additional services, charging me about $1,470. None of this resolved the issue. I also paid for an alignment at Firestone Complete Auto Care (~$100), which made no difference. I then took the van to a Ford dealership, where the actual problem was correctly diagnosed and repaired for around $1,700. When I raised concerns, the manager stated they “do not work on what Ford fixed,” even though they had not identified or resolved the issue themselves. Despite acknowledging they could not fix the problem, they still charged for repairs that did not address it. The experience felt like parts were being replaced without a clear diagnosis. The manager was dismissive and unprofessional when I questioned the work. They refused to show the old parts and provided inconsistent explanations. They issued only a partial refund (~$550), leaving me out about $900 for work that did not resolve the problem. I have full documentation. I recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing repairs here. Neither the manager nor the general manager will pay attention. It's as if they are collaborating on this. This location is a deception and a con aimed at taking advantage of customers. After the discussion, the general manager indicated that they will not provide the remaining funds. The general manager believes that a change of brakes and rotors was needed in near time, regardless. Did not need it at the time but just did it

  I am grateful to Marvin and his team for their outstanding service. They were friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. I called with a car emergency late this morning, and they were able to fit my vehicle in right away, diagnose the issue, and provide a quote. Initially, I was told the repairs would be completed on Monday; however, Marvin contacted me shortly afterward to let me know they were able to finish the work today. Thank you to the entire Xpress Pro Team for your exceptional service.
