- PHPaula HopkinsJun 28, 20261.0The experience was horrible. I went in to get my air conditioning fixed. They over charged me by a lot. They charged me 245.00 for a condenser that cost less than 60.00. I had a new compressor put on along with a condenser before I took my enclave to them, and they still charged me 1700.00 to repair the lines. They claimed that my condenser was damaged, the brand new one I had just put on.Auto shops are extremely bad for over charging women and they did me extremely badly. I don’t recommend anyone to go to this place. They kept it over night after I dropped it off at 7:30am on a Friday morning, they called me Saturday at 12 noon, saying that it may not be ready on Saturday either they called me at 3:30 telling me it was ready they close at 4:00 I had to get a Lyft because I didn’t have time to call a family member, Lyft was 6 minutes away that cost me 25.00. The experience was horrible. I’ve had my car for 7 years and never had to pay this much for a repair. I purchased the compressor and condenser for 600.00 had it put in before taking it to them, and they still figured a way to charge me over 1700.00 I had to get a loan from the snap company they are associated with. If not paid in 100 days it’s 35% interest attached. I felt like crying but I didn’t but was hurt extremely bad that a company would take advantage of me, a women, single mom. It was horrible please don’t go to this place EVER. Paula Hop 😢
