  We had been around the area to 7-8 tire shops. They were the only ones that had time for us and treated us very fairly. Would use them again if we were in the area!! Greatly appreciated them.

  I utilize these folks for all of my vehicle's needs and have never had a bad experience. Oil change, tires, starter and a few other things over the years. Check them out if you need work done

  This is the first time I went to Xpress PRO Auto and Tire for an oil change with an online coupon. The service was great and I was particularly impressed with the front desk staff whose name is Paul. Paul was very professional and helpful answering my questions and got me checked in quickly. Good service and good experience and I will go back visit this auto repair shop again. -James

  I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My husband took our 2017 Ford Fusion to Xpress Pro Tire & Auto on July 1 after the check engine light came on. We had already had the code read at AutoZone, which pointed to the canister purge valve. The experience got off to a bad start because, despite me speaking with Paul the Monday before, the shop didn’t even know he had an appointment. They performed their own diagnostic, and the mechanic took the car on a 20-minute test drive. With today’s gas prices, that wasn’t ideal, but we accepted it because we just wanted the car fixed. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Just two days later, the check engine light came back on. I called and scheduled another appointment for July 8 at 10:30 a.m. When I arrived, Tyler told me they couldn’t guarantee the car would be finished that day. Since this is the only vehicle my husband and I have, I had no choice but to postpone the appointment until July 14 at 2:00 p.m. My husband took the car in on the 14th. After another diagnostic, they claimed the problem was again the canister purge valve, along with a fuel tank filler neck, quoting $1,259.99 for that repair alone plus then the canister purge valve. What doesn’t make sense is that this issue supposedly didn’t appear on the original diagnostic on July 1st. We were then told they needed to speak with the district manager, Anthony, because there were no notes in the system from our July 1 visit. We were told Anthony would call me to discuss how they planned to resolve the issue. He never did. I’ve called on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and each time I’ve been told they’re “working on it.” Meanwhile, we’ve been left without answers, and the problem remains unresolved. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in Xpress Pro Tire & Auto. I paid to have my vehicle repaired, but the original issue returned almost immediately, and now I’m being presented with an expensive additional repair that wasn’t identified the first time. On top of that, the lack of communication and failure to follow through on promised callbacks has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I will only accept a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be filing complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and contacting local news stations to bring attention to my experience. Edit: I worked with the DM Anthony and he has me take my car to Ford they paid for the diagnostics and the purge valve to be replaced. What had happened was the mechanic replaced another part but put it under the purge valve. I am thankful to Anthony for his commitment to get this issue resolved. Thank you!
