  The team here is top tier. They are friendly, conscientious, and truly care about their guests. From the moment I entered, I felt welcome and included. The General Manager is also very involved in the local community. Overall, an excellent business run by kind and empathetic people.

  I had been so upset after I hit a curb and came down on the front fender which intern popped it out out of its location so I took it over to Car Pro car or whatever they’re called now whatever you’re called and he was so nice. He not only popped it back in but fixed a screw with some putty so that the tank didn’t leak and I can’t tell you how much that meant to be. I’m a lady of every 87 and those things are monumental to me so be proud of your employee. He’s pretty great whoever the manager is there I didn’t get his name, but I will get it for sure.

  Always professional and they will never over quote or pressure you into anything. Steve the manager is super honest and makes sure his team is as well. It is the only place I will take my vehicles…unless Steve recommends I take it somewhere else. Which he did for my transmission. Like I said….super honest.

  The service was superb!!! They told me everything that was needed. I thought I needed 4 new tires possibly brakes. Was told that only back 2 tires needed replaced, front 2 they installed couple of years ago and still had lots of wear to go. Was also told brakes were just fine. The price was quite reasonable as well! As a single woman going into a shop like that, I was as treated respect and dignity! I will definitely be coming back again next time I need an oil change or any other service. I highly recommend this shop!!

  Very unfortunate to have gone here. I wasted half of my day which was already busy. When I arrived, they told me it would be 30 minutes before they get me back. I waited almost 3 hours and they still hadn’t brought my car back and I was still a car too behind. I had to leave before getting any services because I was on a time constraint. This is why I asked initially how long it was going to take. I was there for a simple oil change. I can understand an hour or two if they are backed up but if you tell the customer half an hour and three hours pass without touching the car, you have a problem. Even an update would’ve been appreciated. Another woman was sitting in the waiting room with me and said that she had made an appointment and she had waited 4 hours at this point and her car was not done. For an oil change. Poor customer service. There is nothing Xpress about this place.
