  This Valvoline is a 10/10 experience every time. I never feel pressured, they have multiple women on the team, they always go out of their way to help me. One time I asked if they could possibly help me unscrew my old license plate and the guy just offered to take it off and put the new one on for me. They’re professional but in their own individual, personal way, not like robots out of a handbook. Been going here for about 3/4 years 🫶🏻✨

  They have the best customer service, you can tell they've been trained and the owners understand how important customer service is. They get me right with my lights, fluids and tire pressure just for getting and oil change. I used to go to the other chains but not anymore, I'm a customer til the end unless a company lowers their standards. It matters!

  Overall, a reasonable service. This location checks lights as I expect (unlike the Greenwood location, which does not). The line was empty, but I waited almost 10 minutes in the bay before service started. I also waited an additional almost 25 minutes during the service because MY OIL FILTER WAS NOT IN STOCK and they needed to go to an auto parts store to purchase one. This is surprising: I own a RAV4, a very popular SUV. To “apologize for the wait”, I was offered a $15 coupon for my next service. ? ? ? The coupon I used was $20. So….. a minus $5 coupon for a 45 minute service, 25 of which could be prevented if my oil filter was in stock ? ? This was a disappointing visit.

  I was offered a warm welcome. I waited a few minutes which they told me about upon arrival. I brought the wrong coupon. Sierra helped me find the best one; it is on Groupon currently [April 2026]. Sierra and her team communicated with me throughout the process; they checked filters and fluids. My vehicle needed engine air & cabin filters which were calculated at a discount. I will return to this location. Please support Sierra and her team; they will earn your business!
