  Had my transmission serviced. Their printer was down. Told me I would get a receipt via email 24-48 hours. Never happened. Checked inbox and junk mail. Nothing. Had to have my fleet manager go to our credit card company to find where they billed them to bring my account up to date. If they had told me up front their printer was down, I would've gone elsewhere. I will from now on.

  We used to love Valvoline when you could see the video of them working on your car. They did away with it a few years ago. We kept going there until a few months ago. They told me I had an oil leak and I should get it checked out. I paid my mechanic to check it out and my trusted mechanic told me whoever did my oil change spilled oil all over my car. I stopped coming here after that.

  The staff was GREAT. No problem at all with them. The 2 stars are for not only the prices damn near doubling in a year (I paid over $130 for an oil change on a Camry), but the Valvoline App purposely hides the prices so you don't know how much it'll cost until you're already in the building. Staff was tremendous, prices and shady business practices sucked.

  I thought it wasn’t to bad, I just have a hard time believing that an oil change costs so much these days. I remember when a quart of oil was 50 cents! My question I have is why did they put next oil change is in 3,000 miles when I got the synthetic oil? I googled it and it says the oil should be good for 10 -12,000 miles but most people change it between 5 - 7,000 miles? I did though just discovered that they left one valve stem cap off of one tire. I would think that routine practices would’ve came here. I’ve had this car since 2007 and haven’t lost a single one yet!

  After a recent oil change, the technician thought using a pair of channel locks on a billet oil cap would be a good idea. By then loosening the cap, and continuing to loosen and strip the threads breaking them off the valve cover. Not once was I asked or made aware of the situation. After oil change was complete, I pulled out, and heard a thud from under the hood, then watched as something came out under my car. Bouncing down the road was my cap. This is when I realized what happened. After the manager of the facility came out on the road, he put the cap on by hand. And it was tight. Claiming that the cap, was not sufficient and being aftermarket, it was not their fault. Nearly two weeks now and Valvoline has not resolved the issue. Regional management has been notified after the store manager closed the claim. With parts of the valve cover missing, I need a full system flush, and inspection before the valve train has issues. None of this was made known til after the cap flew off. This is not quality control or customer service. If the issue was getting the cap off, why wouldn’t you A, ask, or B, refuse the service due to unable to remove the cap. I would have been happy to take the cap off. Now my 2014 Sonic has been sitting and borrowing a vehicle till resolved. I suggest avoiding this location, until a manager who can put down his phone, and the 5 others on location together can handle things correctly.
