- MWMark Weaver2 days ago5.0Good and caring work Still not getting the change oil sticker correct even though I pointed that out…. A synthetic oil change goes 5000-7000 miles NOT 3000!!! Small issue but frustrating. Had to ask ti have tire pressure checked. No turn signal/light checks like I’ve had at this location. I was asked if I wanted a new cabin air filter. The window washer fluids were filled appropriately. Decent oil change time. All very polite and courteous. The price was fair but turns out two hours later I received way better price offers!!
- JLJeremy LaVoie4 days ago5.0There was a good chance if I was asked one day before writing this review how I would score my experience, I would've rated it a 1 because of an issue that arose the day after my visit to this store. That being said and although my engine still needs to be detailed, I am giving my experience a 5 star rating because of the way Manager Anton P and his team treated me after finding out a mistake was made on Valvoline's behalf. Anton was nothing short of incredibly apologetic, kind, and ready to help correct my issue in any way he could. He fully explained the situation to me and what they were going to do to correct it. We are all human, I understand mistakes are going to happen but it is truly the response to those mistakes that matters. Anton and team's response was perfect. I'll be back to that location because of them!
