- AEAlli Eisenhut2 days ago1.0We took our truck into Valvoline at the end of August for an oil change. The actual appointment was fine and we were in and out. The next day we traveled to and from a wedding and when we got home we realized the engine was smoking. My boyfriend popped the hood and the dip stick wasn’t in the truck and oil had splashed all over the engine. He called Valvoline to ask about the dip stick and Anton P. was super understanding, apologetic and told us he would get the truck detailed by Toyota to ensure the truck was in the same condition prior to the service. Now, that would have been great if the Valvoline team had followed through on their word. After trying to call and confirm with customer service 5+ times we’ve been passed around, told the issue was resolved or that someone would get back to us. It’s now mid-October and nothing. Mistakes happen, but it’s how you approach the aftermath that shows what kind of business you’re running. Very disappointed and frustrated in the lack of follow through. The photo is the night we noticed the oil all over the engine.
- GBGioia Brandon2 days ago5.0I had an exceptional experience at the Valvoline on E 96th Street! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Jeff and Kyle went above and beyond to make me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. They took the time to clearly explain all the services they were performing and walked me through their recommendations without any high-pressure sales tactics. They even helped me apply coupons to ensure I got the best deal possible. I highly recommend this location for their professionalism, transparency, and friendly staff!

- JNJoe Newkirk3 days ago5.0In and out quickly. They showed me the condition of engine and cabin air filters and let me decide if I wanted them replaced.
