  I have been a repeat customer at this location for five years. This visit has changed my mind completely. The manager that waited on me seemed very short and really didn’t want to listen to what I had to say. They wrote on the receipt that the tires were 35 pounds, my tire pressure monitor shows 42 and 44. They did not check my lights or turn signals. And when my wife pulled the car out of the garage this morning I found a large oil stain. I would assume they never wiped off the excess oil from where they drained it. Now mind you, I was the only car in one of three bays. Also, the price charged even with an 20% discount was at least $25 higher than my last visit.Overall, very disappointed!

  I had a massive headache trying to change my oil elsewhere. They changed the oil but didn’t change the filter and put me in a predicament on a late and busy day. I rushed to Valvoline and Antone and his coworker were willing to let me in 3 minutes before close to switch the filter and top off my oil, saving me time and convenience and going above and beyond what they needed to. They were extremely kind, generous, and although I usually change my own oil, have earned my business and I won’t be changing it myself anymore. I cannot recommend them enough and am lucky they were working!

  Everyone was nice and took good care of the car. Topped off fluids and checked tire pressure. Overall great experience and have always felt comfortable bring my vehicle here.

  If I could give a 0 star I would my partner got her transmission fluid changed here on there recommendation. They didn’t follow any manufacturer steps to changing the fluid. They told us the car was level cause the ground is well that is wrong cause you have to raise the front of the car to make it level. They said her car doesn’t have a fluid check plug that was wrong as the dealership showed us it on her car so that was wrong. They didn’t remove that to check the fluid like your supposed to so again another failed step. They said they checked with a dip stick from the fill hole on top, this car has no dip stick so again another failed step. With the car not being level when they filled per a unapproved dip stick it showed full cause the fill hole is in the front the fluid was all at the front where they stuck a dip stick that can not read for this car fail again. So now her transmission has gone out and they seem to think they have done everything correctly when we have pointed this out to them and have them recorded telling us the way they did it. Then to top it off they charged her for 12 pints of transmission fluid aka 6 quarts when her car takes 4 quarts max on a drain and fill. So if you read this beware do not use them. They blow you off when you reach out to them hopefully many others realize you have been over charged for your fluids to and will combine to help stop this from happening to others.
