I bought new tires from Tire Discounters this year and put them on in a timely rate. I was able to come back for tire repairs in the last two months and took care of my vehicle without any hassle and I was on my way. The business was clean and accommodating services. Thanks for making it easy for a woman to come in for services

Stay away from this location. Changed with new employees for the worst. Picked up my truck and it still had the same sensor problem. Told me to stop by Napa to finish their job. Spoke with corporate and all I got was lip service. Absolutely horrible work and customer service.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Tire Discounters location. I had a scheduled 9:00 AM appointment for my 2025 Jeep Compass to be inspected because I was hearing a clicking noise when turning, brake squeaking/grinding sounds, and an unusual high-idling issue. The appointment was made through the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. When I arrived, I was immediately told that there would be a wait because there were other vehicles ahead of me. I understand that businesses can get busy, but I was confused as to why I had a scheduled appointment if my vehicle was not going to be addressed anywhere close to that time. I was told it would take about an hour, so I waited patiently. Around 10:25 AM, I went inside and the store manager, Demetrius, immediately came out for my keys. His demeanor came across as rushed and dismissive. I explained all of my concerns clearly. My vehicle was taken back around 10:30 AM and brought back out around 10:34 AM—less than five minutes later. I was then told that nothing was wrong and that he didn’t hear anything. I was also told that the usual customer courtesy inspection was not performed because he thought I was in a hurry. That was particularly frustrating because I had already been waiting approximately an hour and a half. Had I been offered an additional 15–30 minutes for a proper inspection, I absolutely would have waited. What concerns me most is that I brought my vehicle in specifically because I was hearing noises that were not normal to me, yet the vehicle was barely examined before I was told there was nothing wrong. There were several employees present, but I was told that only two people could check my vehicle. Regardless of how busy the location was, I expected better communication, a more thorough evaluation, and a more respectful interaction. As a woman, I also left feeling that my concerns were not being taken as seriously as they should have been. I can’t say for certain that gender played a role, but the dismissive attitude and lack of effort left me with that impression. I am not asking anyone to tell me that my vehicle has a problem if they don’t find one. I simply expect a scheduled appointment to include a reasonable inspection, especially when I am reporting potential brake and steering-related noises. I left feeling like my concerns were brushed aside rather than properly investigated. I would strongly encourage corporate to address how customers are treated and how scheduled diagnostic concerns are handled. A customer should never feel like they’re being rushed out the door after waiting over an hour for service.

Always get a second opinion before getting work done here. My husband came in for an inspection due to his car shaking when driving at higher speeds. After the inspection he was quoted around $1500.00 for a shock repair on both sides and a sway bar replacement. We went and got a second opinion and was told we just needed to replace the bearing on the drivers side. Car is repaired and driving smooth again for less than $300.
