  I had 2 tires mounted on my custom painted wheels by tire discounters on 96th street. After the tires were mounted on the wheel, I realized the wheels are now chipped in several spots on both the inner and outer barrels that weren’t there before the shop touched my wheels (I have before and after pictures with documented time/date stamps). I would NOT recommend coming here for any of your vehicle needs as the local customer service and support is lackluster at best, though they have been generally respectful. I came to the shop to speak with the manager Aaron, who had me waiting for 25+ minutes to even get a conversation with him while he worked on a car. On 5/21/2026, I agreed to cut my loss and to make a deal to just receive a refund for the services I paid for ($100 total), even though it will cost me much more to repair my wheels. I still have not received any form of compensation or solution while writing this today on 6/17/2026. Please view the pictures attached and do NOT by any means go to tire discounters unless you are okay with the strong chance of damage to your wheels/vehicle with no accountability or customer support from this store.

  Everyone there was friendly, courteous, and informative. I purchased 4 new tires. They balanced, aligned, & also gave me a coupon for a free oil change. Two weeks later, one tire experienced a slow leak while I was in Dayton, Ohio. I went to the nearest Tire Discounters, and they fixed me right up, no charge. When I returned to the 96th St. store in Indianapolis for the free oil change, they noticed that the tires needed aligning again. They did so free of charge. I love this place!

  Please use caution when doing business here! I walked in requesting a quote for new tires. Received an estimate of over $1300. When commenting that that seemed high, particularly somewhere that is marketing a discounted rate, I was offered a $300 discount “if I kept it quiet.” It was then shared that this rate would only be good for a week, pushing for a quick decision. This still seemed high based on like models I had paid for in the past. Ended up paying just over $500 at Belle Tire, an astronomical difference. Glad I didn’t get taken advantage of, but sharing here in hopes of saving others as well.

  “Home of the free wheel alignment “ alright. I went to 3 different shops to get my free wheel alignment and 3 different shops gave me 3 different reasons why they couldn’t do it after I got my new tires from them. They told me to come back when I got my situation fixed which I did, but always want to charge me for something different and never what is needed to be done. I wished I bought my brand new tires else where

  I chose to buy four new tires from here because they offered a free alignment and an oil change coupon with the purchase. When I went in for my appointment, I explicitly asked if they could do the alignment and oil change, along with checking my valve stem because my tire was losing air quickly. I was told yes. When I left, I noticed that my wheel was not straight and my dip stick was completely dry. Disappointed, I called back to make another appointment and Matt picked up. Matt was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation and made it easy for me to make another appointment to get in. The morning of my appointment my tire was almost completely flat, so I brought it up again at the appointment. Matt made sure I was taken care of, he deserves a promotion. Matt was not who originally helped me, but I am glad he answered my call. Thank you!!!
