I had the best experience with Germaul! The store was extremely busy, but he remained completely calm, kind, and helpful the entire time. I barely had to wait, and he was so accommodating with ordering my tire and making sure I was taken care of and in and out as quickly as possible. I could tell he was giving that same level of attention and kindness to everyone else, too. It was even a rainy day, and somehow he still managed to be so upbeat and uplifting. That kind of customer service really stands out. I would absolutely come back again—100%! Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a tire store. Germaul deserves to be recognized for how wonderful he was!

Very nice and professional. Needed to get a couple tires replaced. They got me in right away and car was ready when they said it would be.

I made an online appointment for purchase/install of four tires. I showed up at my appointed time (8:00am) to be told the tires I chose online were not available in-store. In a matter-of-fact way, told Jamal - who was clearly not having a good day despite the shop just opening - I thought it was strange that the website didn't have me purchase the tires, but just make an appointment and showed that the tires were available the next day (three days prior to my appointment). I asked him what else they had on site that would be appropriate. He said, "Let's go outside and look at your specs." I asked if he couldn't just input my vehicle information and tell me what they had available in shop (like the website). He said, "We can do that. What size tires do you have?" I told him I didn't know, and he immediately tossed his clipboard onto the counter and barked, "That's what specs are!" Then he just glared at me. I said, "You know what? Nevermind. I'll look elsewhere." He told me to go do that. I backed away from the counter, amazed at the out-of-nowhere hostility, and said, "Wow..." He said, "Yeah. Wow. You have a nice day." In under a minute, my intended $700+ purchase walked out the door. I will not return to any branch. EDITED TO ADD: Going through other's reviews, I see the name Jamarius; the experiences sound similar to mine. I don't know if that's the same person I dealt with this morning, but the first man I encountered when I walked in said he doesn't use the computers, but "Jamal" would be out in a second to assist me. Just wanted to clarify, as I wouldn't want to unduly put that kind of poor customer service on the wrong person.

Since 2023, I had been taking my car for oil changes and minor repairs. I did notice that very often the personnel changed. On one of my appointments, there were lights on dash, indicating for bulb replacement or other issues. I supposedly had those bulbs replaced in Jan '26; however, the lights on the dash still indicated something wrong. Therefore, I took my car to another facility. This facility identified the problem, fixed it and now ALL lights were off. At my next oil change, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the work that Tire Discounters may/may not have done, the Manager offerred a FREE oil change, on my next visit. The next visit was Jul 13, again, new employee that didn't know what I was talking about and Manager was not available. I changed the appointment for next day and this time Manager was there, but no one to perform the oil change. I tried to be loyal to this store; however, with the many employee changes, price changes, etc. I have lost the confidence that I am valued as that customer. BE AWARE!!!!!

Dishonest diagnosis - Cannot recommend
I went to Tire Discounters 96th St. to have a suspension issue checked. I was informed by manager Aaron Miller that my vehicle needed over $2800 of suspension work. I got a second opinion from another locally owned shop. The issue was a $400 problem (the actual cost of the part being most of the price). On top of it all, I was charged a diagnostic fee. Tire Discounters advertises that it does not charge diagnostic fees.
Upper management was contacted. He promptly responded to my complaint and the diagnostic fee was refunded. Upper management also apologized for the level of service that I received.
I cannot recommend Tire Discounters at 96th St. Upper management was responsive and did his best to fix the matter, however, dishonesty in diagnosing a repair is grounds enough for me never to return and to warn others to avoid this business
