Took off work early (hours I need to live) at end of the day for an alignment that they promised… got a sad sob story about how there’s no techs and no time…. Can the manager turn a wrench? Went in on a Tuesday morning, and they couldn't patch my tire due to location of issue. Totally understand. Wasn't going to buy the $300 tire they recommended, so they were going to bring one from their Greenwood location. "Come back at 8am tomorrow and we'll get ya taken care of".. Righttttttt. Truck/courier never delivered the tire. Ok, I know things happen. I was there at 8 and was not told tires never showed until I asked at 1030am. They were looking for them but then pulled my car in about 9, so I thought they found them. Nope and then said "oh would you like us to remove it from the bay?". Well yeah! Finally get a text SATURDAY saying tires came. Went from next day to 4 days later. Go back Tuesday at 8am, and sit there until 11am. Communication was HORRIBLE and wasted about 6hrs of my work time for a simple tire mount. Price was good, nothing else was.
