came here for full tire replacement to get me to work, replacing all four tires took 4 hours, which is 3 hours longer than it would have taken me at home without professional tools and a lift. Very disappointed in the speed of service as I lost working hours waiting for my vehicle.

This place has the worst customer service I've received in years. I got referred there for a coolant flush and when I got services the employee gave me a coupon for a free oil change and free alignment (with year warranty). I called back the next week to schedule the alignment and spoke with Hunter who had a terrible attitude. I had to reschedule once- when he was getting ready to hang up he said "Maybe we'll see you then" with a snarky tone as if it personally ruined HIS day I had to reschedule. Anyway, when I came in he was just rude and unhelpful. My vehicles back driver tire is slanted now and when I break it pulls to the right. So this morning 8/6/26 @8:32am (about 3 weeks after the alignment) I called back and got a different man who didn't give me his name - waited on hold for about 10 minutes till he picked back up to talk to me (okay that's fine whatever maybe he's busy I get it) then when I explained I got the alignment, and was having issues, he pulled up my account. I asked if they give print offs of what the alignment is after service and he said "sometimes. It depends if the printer is working or not" which already upset me because that's irresponsible to not show me in person or give me proof of the alignment being completed properly. So then he looks at my profile and starts getting huffy and puffy bc he asked if I had bought a tire there and I said no I was given the coupons after my first visit, and he proceeded to say they don't give free alignments unless you buy tires. And I said okay- but at this point I already got it and now I'm having issues. He proceeded to grumble saying he's been "cleaning up after this person for a month" and just having an attitude with me about the situation. I told him to not even worry about it, I will take my business back to my usual place (the ONLY reason I came here was because I was referred for the coolant flush, and then got a free alignment for a year so I was going to give them a change.) they BLEW IT UP TERRIBLY. I cannot recommend to STAY AWAY from them enough. I told him that first visit was the only pleasant experience I had- and everyone I have spoken to on the phone and worked with in person since then have been rude, had bad attitudes, argumentative and provided poor customer service. I will never return here for any services. I would rather go pay full price ANYWHERE else. 0/10 experience I am beyond disappointed
(Yes I understand while it may have been someone's mess up in the first place giving me the coupon- that's not MY fault, I didn't know and I don't work there. Additionally there's no excuse for the fact that every conversation and trip back since then they all (EVERY EMPLOYEE I have seen and talked to since that first appointment) talk to me and treat me so poorly, have attitudes and poor customer service, I just blatantly feel uncomfortable going in there like everyone is mad/in a bad mood and they are unhelpful and inconsiderate. Whether it was right or wrong for me to have gotten the coupon, the time to decide I couldn't use it would have been the initial alignment NOT when I'm calling back because I'm having issues FROM that appointment.)

Do not go here. I took my vehicle in for a flat tire and left with major body damage to the point where I had to file an insurance claim. Staff was not helpful and in denial of anything being their responsibility. The picture shows how I wasn't able to open my door all the way after whatever they did. Constantly gaslit and taken advantage of because I'm elderly woman.

Appointment time is just an arrival time according to service person. My 11.30 am appointment was not recorded and it would have been a three hour wait to get tires rotated. As I must wait, I ask for a time that might have less wait with it. I was assured the appointment time is just an arrival time as company policy is that walk ins are served in the same queue as appointments and no appointment time is guaranteed. Makes sense since I always wait 2-3 hours at this place despite having appointments. That free alignment and tire rotation will likely never be a reality for me. If you can leave your car it can work but for waiters, well you will wait. I don't know why one bay couldn't be saved for appointments, but it isn't. Be prepared to wait hours at this place. Good luck.
Editing after my third attempt at "free" services of tire rotation and alignment. I made an 8 am appointment to be first at opening as I must wait on car. Sadly, I was still behind the car not finished the night before. They could not give me a time when the car would be done and suggested a wait time of about three hours. I asked if only one person was working and they said he is our only mechanic but we have tire techs, your work needs the mechanic. I had to leave again as they could not give me any idea of when work would start or end. When I made the appointment the guy thought 90 minutes at the most to wait. You are given "free" services with full tire purchase but I haven't been able to get the services yet due to their "scheduling" process and necessary wait times. I regret my purchase here.

Avoid this shop! Left with more damage than I started with.
I took my 2017 Ram 1500 here on July 15th for a simple tire change with zero issues on my dash. While working on it, they claimed a TPMS sensor was bad and replaced it. When they gave my truck back, three sensors were out. I made them reset it, but my front passenger sensor is still completely dead, and my dash is now full of tire warning lights.
When I reached out to the owner to get this resolved, he refused to help and threatened to call the police if I came back to the store. Absolutely unprofessional. They broke my sensors, refused to fix their mistake, and the owner is hostile. Take your business elsewhere!
