  Made an appt for an alignment. They didn't get my vehicle in until almost an hour after my appt. I had to return 15mins after my vehicle was done, so they can re do the alignment that was worse than when I brought it in. Took another 3hrs for them to get it done. Worse experience ever, technicians do not check over what they do to ensure vehicles are done correctly. They just want to get vehicles in and out.

  Jamal was incredibly helpful and friendly! He deserves a promotion. They were able to get our truck in and handled an emergency tire repair for us while we were out of town.

  ***Use caution*** I originally brought my car to this shop for a very limited scope of work. During the service, the technicians accidentally dropped an unknown object or tool into my engine bay, which violently punctured my transmission case. Because it was completely their fault, they had to replace my entire transmission.Now, I am being told that I suddenly need a turbocharger. The shop informed me when taking the turbo out, a stud sheared off in the process, and they found some oil. Now the entire unit needs to be replaced. I am deeply concerned about the lack of customer care. First, a dropped item destroys my transmission case, and then a stud is sheared off during their teardown process, leaving me with a massive extra repair bill. To make matters worse I had to facilitate my own rental car and pay for it! I am incredibly uncomfortable with how this is being handled. Proceed with extreme caution at this location.

  I chose Tire Discounters because another tire shop had an extremely long wait, and your service advisor confidently told me my tire would be repaired by 5:30 p.m. even before the vehicle had been inspected. When it was determined that the tire simply had a nail in it, I offered to leave my car overnight since I had a work event. I was told to return at 10:00 a.m. the next morning. After paying for two Lyft rides to accommodate that plan, I arrived at 10:00 a.m. only to learn that my car hadn’t been repaired because it had been forgotten. I do appreciate that the service advisor took responsibility and admitted the mistake instead of making excuses. Accountability matters. However, forgetting a customer’s vehicle after asking them to leave it overnight is a significant service failure. Mistakes happen. What often separates a good company from a great one is how those mistakes are handled. An apology was appreciated, but some effort to make things right would have gone a long way. I hope this location uses this as an opportunity to improve communication and follow-through.
