  I chose Tire Discounters because another tire shop had an extremely long wait, and your service advisor confidently told me my tire would be repaired by 5:30 p.m. even before the vehicle had been inspected. When it was determined that the tire simply had a nail in it, I offered to leave my car overnight since I had a work event. I was told to return at 10:00 a.m. the next morning. After paying for two Lyft rides to accommodate that plan, I arrived at 10:00 a.m. only to learn that my car hadn’t been repaired because it had been forgotten. I do appreciate that the service advisor took responsibility and admitted the mistake instead of making excuses. Accountability matters. However, forgetting a customer’s vehicle after asking them to leave it overnight is a significant service failure. Mistakes happen. What often separates a good company from a great one is how those mistakes are handled. An apology was appreciated, but some effort to make things right would have gone a long way. I hope this location uses this as an opportunity to improve communication and follow-through.

  The team did an excellent job with my Acura. Size was hard to find but the manager found them and got them delivered and installed quickly. Very affordable price as well.

  I went in and purchased 4 brand new tires for over $2,000, and now my Mercedes is driving rough and wobbling. I’m wondering if my alignment was done incorrectly but of course they need more time to diagnose the issue, time that I don’t have. The SERVICE MANAGER was noticeably rude when asking me to “describe the problem” and becoming agitated. Im realizing I should’ve went elsewhere for tires..What should’ve been a simple routine maintenance has turned into an inconvenience and a nightmare.. purchase tires somewhere else especially if your car is expensive.. please take it to an experienced dealership and save yourself the headache.

  My wife and I had our TPS light come on while driving on 465 - we swung into TireDiscounters on Michigan road. Josh greeted us and let me know that he could get us in and out within an hour. He inspected the tire and saw a small screw stuck in the tread and felt it was fixable. Since we were a new customer there would be no charge. The waiting area was very clean and we were kept up to speed on progress as well as how the tire was being repaired. Overall, a very positive experience and we were on our way. A big appreciation to each team member for the repair!
