  Arrived 245, appointment at 3 for tire repair. 5 techs on duty, two vehicles being worked on. Vehicle was not touched for until 353. 30 minutes for service.

  Been coming here for 3 years. Always a great experience. I try and always make an appointment and I’m the person that arrives early. Never had to wait for my car to be taken back. They’re honest and not pushy. In shown what is wrong and quoted before work is done. Car repairs can be costly and scary but I always leave knowing I got the best service at a great price. I’ll definitely continue coming back for years to come.

  After picking up my truck I realized the wheel/rim had been damaged. I returned to the store and the manager accepted that it had been damaged by one of his staff members. First he offered $200 credit and I refused because all I needed was the rim to be on the same condition as it was brought in. Finally they decided to take it to a shop to get it fixed but still the rim is damaged (they admitted the damaged was at there shop). Walked in to the store and I was welcomed by a staff member saying " What else do you want us to do? We can't do more! I asked them to talk to me with respect but he kept saying " I'm done with this- I have stuff to do, its time to go home, fuck this" and whispering innapropiate language. Staff kept arguing and stating how he didn't give " a damn". We felt harrased by 1 specific staff member (which I forgot his name). Even the manager asked him " How many times have I asked you not to talk to customers like that? Not even the manager knew what to do with his own staff!!! - Innapropiate Language - Zero Customer Service Skills - Felt Harrased by Tire Discounter's Staff They need everal adjustment but specifically an attitude adjustment ASAP!!! Tire Disocunters Manager in Avon, accepted responsability over the damage, also knew who caused the damage, yet no solution has been given, all I have been given is a Terrible Agressive Attitude - UNACCEPTABLE!!

  After several years of business… I’m walking away and never returning. How can the oil change bundle include a tire rotation, the guy at the desk says the tire rotation is included when I asked if my tires will be aired up, and then I pull out the parking lot and check my tire pressures only to realize my tires were never rotated or aired up. I called asking them to confirm the tires were rotated and aired up and I explained why I doubt they were touched at all. The guy put me on hold and got back on the phone said “The tech forget to do the tires, but bring the car back up here and we will get you right in”. Really? What else did they “forget”. I wonder if they changed the oil, checked my battery, or any of my fluids. Oil changes that cost $137.71 can’t have included services “forgot”. Guess I’ll go have someone to confirm my oil was changed and my other fluids are good. SMH.
