  Came in late Saturday morning, having reserved some tires and a time online that morning. Will helped us out. Apparently the tires I wanted were discontinued and he did not have any in stock. So he looked up some alternatives for us. He gave us several options and priced them out so we’d have an apples to apples comparison. Absolutely no pushy sales tactics. He truly just wanted the best tires for us that fit our budget. We were able to get a good deal and got them put on right away! Could’ve waited to have them done, but we drove separate vehicles so we could go do some grocery shopping while they worked. Perfect timing! Their prices were better than Discount Tire just down the street. He knew we had several options for tires and really appreciated us coming to them. I’ve been to the Camby location before, but not this one. All around great people!

  I cannot thank Will enough for being the person he is, transparent, respectful but straight to the point. I walked in looking for a quote for Shocks & Struts (after being told by a different mechanic that was the problem) & the first question Will asked me was "How do you know THAT is the problem?" He had one of his mechanics do an inspection & found that I don't even need shocks/struts anytime soon & it was just a old wheel weight hanging around making a weird sound! I was going to be ripped off by that scammer mechanic for something I did not even need. Will & I had a great time talking, he gave me so much advice in that time. He made me realize that being a woman & not knowing anything about cars is a lottery for shops but I am grateful for honest humans out there who guide rather than use their tactics to gain money. Even though I didn't have any work done here, I will always vouch for this location for their honesty, I was saved from being ripped off. I didn't even need to spend a penny & walked out with so much wisdom & a stronger person after given a reality check! I will always be grateful for this experience. Thank you so much :)

  Will jumped up as soon as I walked in, him and Josh had an answer for any questions I had. Definitely will be bringing more vehicles here in the future. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere in the building, everyone seems to be enjoying their time here while still being professional and prompt. definitely glad I came here to solve my tire issues, 10/10

  Disabled veteran here.. Came here to have a flat fixed so I could get home, they looked at tire claimed it was completely blown and they wouldn’t touch it… thank good Firestone stayed open for me to get a patch so I could get home. These guys even knew I was a disabled veteran from my plates.. and they still refused to offer to let me pay them for a repair…

  STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME AND MONEY TO WASTE!!! Had 4 brand new tires put on my car only to have warning lights pop up days later. First, the technician lost my lug nut cover and left one loose. Husband reported the lug nut issue to the manager William the same day. William informed my husband the technician said he didn't loose the lug nut cover so it's not Tire Barn's fault. We were frustrated but decided it was not worth the flight over a lug nut cover. Two days later we are on the highway heading out of town when our car randomly flashes tire warning lights reading our tire pressure is low. This caused me fear since I on the interstate going full speed with my entire family in tow. (Under and over inflated tires can lead to an accident.) I quickly put on my hazard lights and proceeded to the nearest gas station. I immediately call Tire Barn and explain what just happened. I was VERY upset!! After explaining to William what happened he says, "too bad you aren't here or else we could look at it." Wow! Tire Barn's job after replacing all FOUR of my tires was to ensure everything was in GOOD working order, not to wait until the customer to calls to report a problem. Once again, a lack of ownership and personal responsibility. After checking the tire pressure myself I found all tires were over inflated (see photos). According to our owners manual all tires should be at 38 psi. This is something Tire Barn should have known! As for the error codes, my car had no codes present before Tire Barn worked on it. The following Monday we took the vehicle back to have it checked with the manager Josh this time. He made excuses about the tpms warning (road heat caused the warning), the poor service (no one did anything wrong), etc. Not what I would expect from management. Just an fyi about my vehicle, before having the new set of tires put on we finished a road trip across the desert and had not a single tpms code pop up, extreme heat and all. We replaced our tires due to tread wear not tmps codes! The lies and lack of personal responsibility is why I'm leaving this review. Please take your car elsewhere. I now have to take my car somewhere else to check over Tire Barn's work.
