  Will was incredibly kind, pleasant and professional throughout the process. He found me the right tire and got me back on the road the same day for less than I anticipated. Will made a stressful situation a very pleasant one. The next time I need a tire, I'm going right back to see him.

  Super quick, affordable, and polite service! They were able to get me in, and have my tires installed 4 hours before my scheduled appointment, which helped me get through the rest of my busy day. Thanks Josh!

  I went in for a flat tire repair. They charged $50 for a flat tire repair with one nail. I want others to know before going there that is place is the most expensive tire repair shop known to me. Go to any one of the many tire shops in that area and avoid getting ripped off here.

  I had a wonderful experience with William Scott! He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. We had some great conversations while waiting for our trucks to be serviced, which made the wait much more enjoyable. William also took the time to help us with tire pricing and provided helpful information so we could better understand our options. He made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience. What stood out to me most was his attitude and the way he interacted with other customers. It was clear that he is very invested in his job and takes pride in providing great customer service. When our truck was finished, William made sure the payment process went smoothly and confirmed that everything was taken care of before we left. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. If you come in, William is definitely the person to see if you want to get things taken care of right away and have someone who truly cares about helping you. We need more people like William who are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in their customers. Thank you, William, for making our experience such a positive one!   I went to tire barn on July 14 and had to buy a new tire because I ran over a nail too close to the sidewall to repair. Goodyear Eagle cost $315.73 including tax, mounting, balance, and road hazard. I went back today because I had another tire going flat. It could not be repaired either. I asked how much to just go ahead and replace the other 3 tires. The manager told me $1,240.00. I asked why? I told him I was just here last month and paid $315.73 for one tire. 3 more should be $950.00 roughly. Where are you coming up with $1,240.00? He said I’m just an employee I don’t set the price and started to show me the price sheet on the computer. I told him it’s simple math and showed him my receipt from last month. He just looked at me and said nothing. I asked him can you install 3 new tires for $950.00 and again he didn’t answer. I said just put my tire back on my car and I’ll go elsewhere. He looked at me and didn’t say anything. So I grabbed my tire that was in the waiting room next to me and rolled it out the door to the gentleman working in the garage and asked him to put my tire back on for me. The manager followed me and was very rude, cussing at me and told me I can’t go in his shop. He then called the police. After that he called me a racist. I never said anything racial. I would strongly advise not to shop here for tires, rims, anything! Trying to rob people on pricing. Very unprofessional, extremely disrespectful! The gentleman who worked in the garage was very professional, nice and apologized to me and said have a nice day, sorry. Tire barn has lost a customer.
