  Called to find out if they had time to fix my 2 tires had nail in the tread told very rudely That he don't know im not there yet so I said im 3 minutes away he said you ain't here yet so I drove there and he took my info and he said it would be $50 a tire for a plug i thought he said $15 he rudely said 5.0. Not 15 tires Plus said they were $23 but could now get me in to day don't go here bad business

  When i visited the tire barn in search of a tire, i was annoyed and tired but the service and quality of people they had really helped and Will the front service man was great. Glad to see good service still exists

  Great customer service. Guy up front was staying busy and helping everyone to the fullest and they got me in and out even though I didn't have an appointment. Only bad thing is I payed 50 bucks for a tire patch and iv never payed more then 20 my entire life.

  This review is regarding a tire replacement I received here in March on a visit to Indianapolis. I had a pretty terrible experience with this particular location. The manager charged my card $400+ for a different vehicles service then had me pay for my service as well $500+. When he realized I paid the wrong invoice he couldn’t refund the first charge as apparently it was a corporate account for hertz and he had to go through corporate to get me a refund. He was apologetic and was adamant corporate would take care of it asap. They did not. I had to chargeback with my bank 2 weeks after I left Indiana and returned back home to Texas. On top of this, when I reviewed my invoice for my service, I was charged an extra $50-60 for tire warranty without given the option to choose it or not like you would at any other tire shop(i would have opted out as Im from out of state and wouldn’t be able to return to utilize it the warranty) Save yourself the headache and go to the discount tire down the street.

  Overall good service. I guess the only issue would be understanding of a warranty. I put two new tires on my daughter’s car a couple of months ago at the same Tire Barn location. A hole in the tire wall had developed. The gentleman that is always there and very helpful explained they would turn in some type of claim that would cover the cost of the tire, but that I needed to pay the labor for the installation. I guess it is just unclear of what kind s covered if damaged, but overall a good experience.
