They gave me zero help(bad customer service) after and did not help me rearrange anything to get new vehicle or get me closer location. Pay me for my uber.

After I completed my reservation and signed the rental agreement, the employee at the desk told me to wait 5–7 minutes while the car was being cleaned. Unfortunately, the wait was much longer than promised, causing an unnecessary delay from the start. The real issue came when I returned the vehicle. I brought the car back only about one hour later than the scheduled return time the next day, yet I was charged for an entire additional day, along with extra fees for the toll pass and full coverage. Instead of a reasonable late return fee, I ended up paying approximately $250 for being just one hour late. It’s frustrating that the company had no problem making me wait significantly longer than expected when picking up the car, but showed no flexibility when I was slightly late returning it. The charges felt excessive and unfair. Based on this experience, I would not recommend renting from this location.

I did go over a couple of days ahead of time to confirm with Josh the franchisee owner which car would be ready and as promised it was. He was extremely helpful along with the rest of the staff...we got a brand new car to drive on our trip to Florida which everyone was incredibly pleased with it. The return was simple and the bill was as expected. Would definitely use them again.
