  You know you received great service when a couple months later you’re just sitting down with your husband, and he goes, “remember the service we received from Safelite. That was just really nice”. I had to leave a review after he said that. I had my windshield replaced over two months ago and the condition of the glass is still incredible. The scheduling process was easy and it was also very simple and convenient to receive text updates while the service was happening. There’s a place to sit down if you want to wait for your vehicle to finish but I opted for text updates and came back a few hours later. I recommend going as early in the morning as possible. Even on a Saturday I didn’t even have to wait two hours. What really won us was I didn’t know if I could go in early so I waited outside for a few minutes. The employee (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately) greeted us and welcomed us inside. He said it was no problem at all. 10/10, highly recommend this location for your repairs!

  Brenden from Safelite was amazing! He arrived early, which helped me get back on the road faster. He replaced the window with no difficulties and was very personable as well! Would recommended him to others!

  They put the windshield in just fine but the technician left trash in front of my house and he didn't put the cowling under the windshield back on right. I had to spend extra time taking it off and slipping it back under the windshield. They charge 40 dollars for window disposal as well but don't hit you with it till you get ready to pay so whatever the quote is just add 40 to that.

  I was hoping not to have to give a low rating on my service with Safelite, but they have left me no option. I had a new windshield put in at the Safelite location. They scratched my vehicle and tried to fix it themselves. They made the situation worse, and now the price to fix it is quite a bit. This all happened almost 2 months ago, and Safelite Corporate Office is giving me the runaround. They have yet to give me the ok to have my vehicle fixed. The customer service is just terrible. I personally will never use Safelite again, and caution others.
