  Kevin did a great job from start to finish and explained all my questions throughout the process. Everything was cleaned up and great care was taken to protect my vehicle. He was extremely friendly and completed the job in the promised timeframe. You could not tell the windshield had been replaced. Would use Safelite again.

  I was in a total panic when a large crack appeared in husband's car windshield while he was away on a business trip. Worried that driving on the highway with the spreading crack might be dangerous, I hurriedly looked up and booked an appointment at a nearby Safelite location. A lady there was incredibly kind; she handled the scheduling—including rescheduling when the specific windshield wasn't available—and even helped me fix an error that had occurred. I am just so grateful!!! I live in another state, but I won't forget the tremendous help I received. I should have asked for her name, but I was so flustered that I forgot. I’m leaving this review because I want to say thank you once again.

  It was a ridiculous and terrible experience. I was told to wait for my appointment between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The day before, I missed an early morning phone call from them. The next day, I tried to contact them four different times between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM to confirm my appointment. Every time, I was told they couldn’t reach the technician and that I was next in line. After waiting for hours, I called again at 2:30 PM, and they told me the technician was on the way and would arrive within 30 minutes. I waited another hour and a half, but no one ever called me or gave me any update on whether they were actually coming to replace my windshield. It was incredibly frustrating to spend an entire day waiting from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM and end up with absolutely nothing. This is one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I canceled the appointment, and I will never use their service again.

  Technician who replaced my windshield was great. He arrived early and worked quickly and did not cause any additional damage to my truck. My only complaint is with my original appointment, the technician never showed. I did not receive any notification of him not coming. I called customer service and was told the tech was still arriving. I later received a text after my time slot from the tech that I had to reschedule myself on the website. Safelite should handle rescheduling appointments automatically giving appointments on the books priority over new and not overbooking techs

  Safelite replaced my windshield with no issue, but suggested a new cabin air filter, to which I agreed. Now, my A/C blower is making a noise. Instead of just calling the store (there is no store contact number) for a quick fix, I had to schedule an appointment online to fix a problem next week that they created. I've taken 3 different vehicles to Safelite for glass work in the past, but their lack of a store contact phone number means it's doubtful I will use them again. Calling their customer service toll-free number is worthless. They will listen to your complaint but can't help with anything.
