  Had Safelite come out to replace our car window that cracked from a rock. Their commercials are intising....that job went fine, then 9 days later another crack in the windshield....no rock hit it either! You know when a pebble or rock hits hard enough to crack. Took it back to Safelite and the quality manager said they were not responsible. Not even a discount...said it was a rock but there is NO evidence of that. If I knew how to post a picture I would. There's lots of other reputable company's out there to use. Not using them ever again,!

  Tech service was great. Windshield looks great. Issue is though I paid for the upgraded service. Didn’t get said upgraded service and was still charged for it. Now having to fight with them to get a refund. Had to call only what I can assume was corporate and waiting for them to call the shop manager. Complete joke for the fact that I have a voicemail from said tech saying he didn’t provide the service and I wouldn’t be charged. Won’t be using them again. Update. Finally getting a refund but still had to go through more than what I should have to get money back for a service that wasn’t provided

  I would leave zero stars if I could. Had appointment today 5/16/2026 from 12-5 tech called at 8 said he was there. I told him he would have to come back between said apt. 5 min later I get a text saying he was calling in sick rest of day. Absolute not ok. He was fine at 8 to do the job. But when told he had to come back he was sick. Spoke to customer care advocate and she was no help! Pretty much said that had to Honor tech request. So customer doesn’t matter and wanted to reschedule. Was told by another safelite rep they would honor my 12-5. Very bad business! I would not recommend them at all.

  Cracked windshield replaced, two days later at first rain water now leaking inside on driver side at alarming rate, appointment this Friday for ‘warranty’ appointment, kinda wish I could have just ignored the crack and went about my day. After installation was complete and tech left, now I also have a missing knife that I’m still trying to account for….on a brighter note tech was nice and talkative, scheduling appointment was not a problem….still have to get Roush badging and windshield re tinted on top of going in for major water leak at ‘warranty’ appointment …

  Contacted Safelite by internet and prompt response. They asked specific questions about my windshield make and model. Gave a quote and set appointment they gave a timeline of when they would be at house and they came within time given. Always keeping me informed all through process. Service man was clean informative and done quickly as I only had crack. He put new wipers on and payment was made quickly on line. Love the ease of service the options on home or there and payment options. Thank you Safelite!
