  The customer service from the two human interactions I have from the service rep on the phone able to save me money since I had to pay out pocket anyway from my insurance and got the insurance worked turned to cash payment instead, which saved me money. The technician that come out they worked on the car. I asked them if they could remove the mount of my third-party Car camera cause I couldn’t get out off and worried about breaking it. He took it off, redid the whole mountain and wiring system that I already took off and put had actual tape on it. Very excellent. We need more human to human interaction when it comes to customer service. Employees should be properly paid and not overworked not saying this is the case just adding as a statement. Less AI interactive because auto now everything to online appointments which is crappy and I have a AI phone service, which doesn’t understand a person, especially a person that has dyslexia and a weak muscle in their mouth which makes words hard to articulate. Not giving five out of five stars because five out of five is perfect in every thing needs a tribe to be better. Four stars should be good but I work as a DoorDash driver and I know four stars is actually a more penalty than not receiving a rating at all, so by Google’s And Safelite algorithm the four stars Will probably think it’s bad which is a frustrating thing. Four stars should not be bad.

  Very easy to schedule. Little pricey but the ease of the scheduling and that they came to the house I get it. Also he swept out the car from the busted windshield that had nothing to do with his work. Very fast only took about an hour and looks great!!

  Safellite put my passenger window in that was cracked in 24 hours. The technician was very friendly and very professional. I will definitely call them

  Dont waste the time, this place doesnt consider your time or respect itm I had an appointment Thursday that nobody showed up for, no communication at all. I missed making money & I had to call Safelite and STILL have no answer to why nobody showed. No discounts or anything for compensation either. Had to drive all the way to Anderson to have repair done, just because had no faith with this location lack of professionalism.

  Arrived right before my 2pm appointment and I was skeptic on the time it would take because they seemed quite busy. I was surprised how quickly they were finishing other vehicles and got my Tesla model 3 in on time for the upper back glass replacement and I was on my way within 90 minutes. Everything looked great and everyone was very professional.
