This was one of the best experiences I have had. My insurance company set me up with Safelite and this location did everything to perfection. I was in and out in about an hour, which was the low side of the time estimate. I can't recommend them enough. Awesome!

I would also like to recognize Shawna at the 86th Street location for doing an outstanding job. She maintained her professionalism while assisting a difficult customer ahead of me, demonstrating patience and courtesy throughout the interaction. She also made sure I was well informed about my service and payment. Customer service like hers deserves recognition! Thank you, Shawna, and the entire Safelite team, for making my experience such a positive one. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing windshield replacement. Keep up the excellent work!

It was my first time using Safelite, and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was so much easier than I thought it would be! The whole process was quick, simple and hassle-free. They made everything incredibly convenient, and I was really impressed with how smoothly it all went. Great experience from start to finish!

Jason at the Safelight on 86th street did an excellent job of caring for my window replacement and me. He told me what he was going to do, came out mid way to update me and handled my departure. He even opened the door when I first arrived when he didn’t know he had my car to service. I hope Safelight takes good care of him or someone else needs to hire him! I have been very pleased with my window and my experience on Thursday.

Submitted a claim through insurance, so only paid $500, but would have otherwise paid over $2300. I live on the south side of Indianapolis in Morgan county and was informed that mobile service is not provided, despite what all of ads imply, so I had to drive up to 86th street. The service itself took 3-3.5 hours, glass and rear view mirror were dirty and covered in fingerprints and smudges, and then informed about the “lifetime warranty” and that IT’S VOIDED IF DEBRIS FROM THE ROAD IS KICKED UP AND CAUSES DAMAGE TO THE GLASS. Unless mandated by insurance, just go to your local dealership or shop. Had I known about that exclusion, I would have done the same.
