  from start to finish, Reynold’s provided white glove service. the front desk staff was very warm and welcoming and the technician was so thorough and helpful in explaining to me all the steps involved in my repair. getting your car repaired is never a fun thing but Reynold’s made it a very pleasant experience. i was so impressed that i could drop my car off, get a quick but thorough explainer and as soon as we were done, Enterprise was waiting to take me to pick up a rental. it was masterful hospitality that more businesses could learn from. you all should teach a class!

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend them based on how my situation was handled. My car sat for **three months without being worked on**. Part of the reason for the delay was that the company was not responding to my insurance company’s requests to get the repairs moving. Then, once things finally progressed, they didn’t have the necessary parts to fix my car. My interactions with **Melinda** were especially disappointing. I found her to be extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I felt like she spoke down to me throughout the process, as if I had no understanding of what was going on. What made things even worse was how the pickup and storage situation was handled. I received a text saying my car was done and that they would call when it was available for pickup. I called **30 minutes after receiving the text**, only to be given an excuse and told they would call me back when the car was actually ready. I waited **three days** without receiving a call or any follow-up, despite trying to reach them multiple times. During those three days, my insurance company was charged approximately **$3,000 in storage fees**. The entire experience made me feel like the priority was collecting money rather than providing good customer service or helping get my car back to me. Almost everyone I dealt with acted like helping me was an inconvenience, with the exception of **Chris** (I believe that was his name), who was the one person who seemed genuinely helpful and respectful. Three months without my car, poor communication, unnecessary delays, and thousands of dollars in storage fees made this a terrible experience. I hope management takes a serious look at how customers and insurance claims are being handled because this should not be the experience anyone has when they are already dealing with the stress of having their car damaged.
