- RFrebirth familyJun 18, 20261.0We paid for gas, but it was mistakenly placed on the pump next to us. Another customer pumped the gas and left. When we asked if the cameras could be reviewed, the manager, a thin Caucasian woman with blue eyes and facial piercings, was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to help or showing any empathy, she simply stated that it was our fault, that they could not review cameras, and basically told us to “chop it up” as a loss. I understand if store policy prevents reviewing footage or issuing a refund, but there is a respectful way to communicate that to customers. Being kind and professional costs nothing. What made the situation even worse was watching her be rude to another customer who simply asked for shredded cheese. It was clear that poor customer service was not limited to our interaction. Mistakes happen. Customers understand that. What is unacceptable is being treated with disrespect when trying to resolve an issue. Management should seriously address the way customers are being spoken to at this location.
