  these guys are all really friendly. I was out here to pull a complete subframe and they dropped what they were doing to move a car for me to make it easier to get to. then moved the unit up to the front so i could get it loaded. great service i'll be coming back here more often

  awesome staff that went out of the way to help us. really cool that they will bring heavy stuff out for you instead of making you drag it around

  Absolute waste of time website and inventory screens said they had my part. But when I got to the vehicle, apparently they only inventory vehicles and not individual parts. Also staff is extremely rude and unfriendly

  I literally just called to find out about what your definition is of refurbished and used batteries, what it entails, pricing ect.... A male who sounded to be maybe mid 30s with a slight Hispanic accent said, "Well, this is pull apart and the customer pulls thier own parts". "I said I understand that completely, Ive been there before.. I just wanna make sure i dont wanna make the 45min trip for nothing and u dont have it in stock".. So apparently Google is lying yet again by directing us to your website that u have listed and it says proudly how you have a "Digital inventory updated daily!!?? So is it ur website that lies or u have an employee who throws in the towel at 4pm on Fridays?? Totally a rhetorical question cuz yall lost my money with his laziness and lack of capability to tell me if u have a battery on site that will work for me!! If it helps at ALLL, Im not 100% that he is in Indy or not, but I know im not the ONLY one in the world that feels the same way as I do.. Why would i spend my hard earned money with a lazy company (Your representative/Brand Ambassador/Employee) When your website gleams on not being like ALLL the other junkyards!! How about just slightly like the other junk yards that do actually have a digital inventory who i can just call and see if they got the part there?? GEESH!! I used to be a core buyer so im familiar with junkyards.. So with his tone in speaking to me like, "U dumb woman vibe" Naw, My Guy lol U should see how many views I've gotten on the pics I posted on here wayyy back in the day!! Ive got a much bigger network now and let's face it, ur net worth is your network and yall have successfully ommitted urselves from mine!! Thanks for escorting yourselves to the curb for me!! Now, onto calling legit junkyards who know what they got at thier locations and can speak on the inventory in stock instead of being a cocky grease monkey talking down to females who could actually prolly knock him down a notch or 2 IRL.. Thanks for nothing I'll NEVER recommend yall to ANYONE again!! Job well done!!
