  I needed to rent a car to go back to my home state for a long weekend so that my busy family would still have access to our cars at home. I was able to rent a very nice compact SUV for the trip and it was a joy to drive. With the gas prices being through the roof it was nice driving a smaller SUV than I usually drive so that the gas mileage was so much better than I get in my own vehicle. The compact SUV was a Hyundai Tuscan and it was very spacious, the seats were comfortable, and it was kept very clean. The people that I worked with from pick up to drop off were all very pleasant and gave amazing customer service. I will definitely be looking at National in the future should a need to rent a vehicle arise again!

  Andy at the gate and the manager should be recognized for their kindness and professionalism. I was not an A+ customer, and their demeanor made it so much easier to calm down, and made it possible to complete my rental. Very grateful!
