  Last month, I accidentally left a bag in a car. Marcus was incredibly helpful and professional ensuring I got my bag back while following company policy. He went above and beyond as a customer service representative. I use this location often and getting in and out is very quick and I’ve never had an issue.

  The rate is fair and 100% appreciate being able to skip a line and just jump into a car on the lot.

  Since we were rerouted to Indianapolis from Chicago, we found ourselves in a pickle of what to do. Eventually our entire flight was canceled and it was approaching 3AM. Flights to Chicago were not until 6PM the following day, and we had to get home. So I quickly jumped onto the National website, searched for a car, reserved it, and was ready in less than 10 mins. Car was ready, staff were informative, and we got home after dropping it off by 8AM. If I was in that pickle I’d use National again for sure.

  I rent cars from you every week. And I can say that the Indianapolis location is one of the better locations that you have. Andrew the manager does a fantastic job with all of his employees and he’s hands-on and recognizes me every time I come in. Andrew deserves the recognition that I give him in this message. He is an asset to your company. I wish more locations had Andrew’s at them cause then I’d be completely satisfied every week.
