  Best car rental experience I have ever had. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the vehicle was clean and perfect. I highly recommend the Indianapolis International Airport National car rental location.

  On a road trip, not even 1 hour into trip, get a flat tire on the rental van, no spare tire, no tire kit, etc. My mom called their roadside assistance and they were not helpful & even hung up on her. My mom had to go through literally 5 different people & still nothing got 100% resolved. They had us call 911; they had us use a state trooper as a taxi service, we had to pay for the tow service to take the van to a tire shop as well as an Uber which again we had to pay for to take us to said shop. They essentially were willingly to leave us stranded. So, in other words if you don't think anything will go wrong with your trip, go ahead and use them but if something gosh forbid goes wrong, they will not help.

  This is by far the best place for a rental from the luxury feeling of picking out your own car without doing the paperwork to the staff that work there, this place is truly a gem and not talked about enough.

  Very easy pickup and return at the Indy airport. Returns staff were friendly and quick. The car was very clean and well-maintained.
