  Do not park here unless you want to be fined extra $. Gates are always up and has no clear signage of where or how to pay. They use a digital pay system that you have to pay within 15 minutes or you get fined. System is set up to fine you - do not park here!!

  scummy company, got told i didnt have to pay a fine cause the guy over the phone agreed with me their fine print signs hidden behind columns was hard to see but someone higher up must not like him cause they still fined me 82 dollars

  If i could rate less than 1 I would. Always have parked here and never had problem before. Then one day, i parked, attempted to pay but the QR code didn't work. I came back after a brief time to try again and then it worked so I paid. Additionally there was nothing on the sign that allowed contact and no help box to be found. I then received a letter for $55 stating I hadn't paid for the whole time and that they were turning me over to collections. However, they gave me no chance to make this right and to let them know that their QR code was not working and that I had paid for a large portion of the time that I had parked there before they turned me into collections as the letter I received from them was received after they already turned me in. I contacted the collections agency and they were as crooked as this company. Damaging someone's credit requesting double payment is fraudulent. I will never park here again and warn others not to. Parkmobile needs to take over this lot so people don't get screwed. Maybe if no one parks there LAZ will go away.

  Fined $100 dollars for obeying tornado warning and pulling in to shelter in Garage. Gates were wide open upon entering and exiting and due to severe weather and no attendant I had thought they had opened gates so that people would be safe. When I called company they said they didn't care since this was a private garage, and even if it was an earthquake they would still fine me, that it doesn't matter if there was a tornado warning. Overall great place to shelter for tornado warning, sturdy concrete walls, but be prepared for large fine. Also be prepared to have the notice delivered on the same day that bill goes from $60 to $100 dollars...

  I used this parking and I paid for parking and they send me a ticket saying I didn't pay they charged me 55 dollars for 2 hrs. I try calling and they never responded I also send a dispute by email they never responded. I will never park here again and be careful if you use this parking because they will charge you even if you pay. Me estacione dos horas en este estacionamiento y page en el momento y me mandaron un ticket disiendo que devia 55 dollars cuando ya abia pagado trate de meter un reclamo por email nunka me contestaron despues hable y nunka repondieron. Termine pagando mas de 55 dollars por El estacionamiento. Si te estacionas aqui por ten cuidado que te mande otro cobro. Ten cuidado no te estaciones aqui.
