  Great location. Very easy entrance and exit. The spaces seem really tight. We parked at this facility in order to attend an event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. At least for this event, this parking garage had an on-site employee to help with entry and exit as well providing directions on where to park and how to get to the venue. Highly recommend.

  Prepaid for a spot a week ago. Pulled up, scanned the code on my phone and a gentleman gave quick instructions on how to park and the process when we leave. So convenient and easy. Will definitely use them again in the future.

  We parked in a LAZ parking space (336 Delaware Ave.) and paid for two hours through our phone. We then received a notice that we were being charged $102 after paying for parking. After sending them the proof of payment, they lowered it to $80 and said will send to collection in thirty days if we don't pay the $80 because they didn't have proof we paid for two hours (even though we did their app).
