- KDKiran Dhillon1 day ago1.0I have been driving a commercial vehicle for the last five years, but I had a terrible experience with staff at this specific location on 16/05/2026. I booked a shower through their app and, after waiting a long time, I checked how many showers were available. I found about 12 showers, with 3-4 of them empty but needing cleaning, and no staff around to do so. I approached the front desk and asked the employee if she could send someone to clean the showers. She replied, “we don’t have maintenance.” I asked if I could just use the shower as it was, since I was in a hurry but needed to shower. She responded dismissively, “I don’t care, do whatever.” I also requested a towel, even though I had my own, but she said they didn’t have towels. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag, but she had reddish hair.

Yall are yelling at us to use the self checkout or pay at the Cinnabon, but the food is behind the glass! I would kindly us the self checkout if yall had someone handing out the food at least.

Went inside got my ticket and some food then took a shower with only a 20 minute wait and then did laundry with no waiting. Place was clean and the employees were friendly. Much better then it used to be.
- SHSherry HodgesApr 30, 20262.0Came in to do laundry, part of the machines were down and the lady came in and made me and another remove our laundry and told us we couldn't use any of them. Not even a I'm sorry for the inconvenience, just no you have to get your clothes out! They got a 2 because the lady at the desk had given me change to use those machines. Unfortunately I am still 8 in line for the showers so wasted time in my day
