Justin Kidwell was great to work with start to finish. The truck was new and well equipped for my needs. The pricing was very competitive compared to other companies. This was the third or fourth time I rented a truck from enterprise and will definitely do so again if I have a need.

Don't bother coming here if you don't have a credit card! They won't accept debit cards! They are totally unwilling to let anyone else pay on their credit card for you including family! They make it next to impossible to rent a car. Additionally, extra "fees" for fall break... Well I'm not on fall break and I'm not paying $800 for 4 days to rent a car in Indianapolis! Rediculous. The younger short man who worked there was quite cocky and smug when I couldn't get a rental. Almost like it made him happy to see me miserable. Screw this place.

The staff I interacted with was Madison and Justin. They kept me informed of changes to reservations and went above and beyond to insure on the day of my pickup, I had exactly what I needed. The level of professionalism and kindness was TOP notch. I felt like I knew them for a period of time, but this indeed was my very first transaction with Enterprise. I'm greatful and loyal to those who extend this level of service.

We Reserve the truck washington st . Soon, we arrived at the location, but we received a call from Maddie. Unfortunately, we don’t have a truck available today or tomorrow! This was a terrible customer service!
