  I believe my associate Jeff, was very good! I'm showing up on foot, soaked by the floods, no phone, no car. In and out. I hate the Mitsubishi car, but it beats walking, until my insurance gets around to get me an offer. It was a bit dirty, some woman smeared makeup all over the headliner, and visor. At that time, I could have driven a garbage truck.

  Wish I saw the one star reviews. Management at this location does a hard upsell on the collision damage waiver (bargain at $24 / day!) They demand either the rental customer provide their auto insurance ***policy number***, not just the carrier, or the rental customer must buy "their insurance" - the collision damage waiver. The CDW is not insurance. When I called the manager out on it, they had a sob story about how it's "company policy" and they'd get fired if they didn't check for insurance. I've rented at Enterprises at Westfield, Noblesville, Fishers Ford Dr, Carmel Range line. And probably a dozen Enterprise airport locations in the last year, I'm a platinum member. Sure, locations ask for my insurance carrier, but none of them demand a policy number or pay for the CDW. I don't like liars. This is a scummy way to make an upsell, anything for their commission.

  Wow rented a car on 8/22. Parking lot packed, lobby packed. They were extremely short handed and the three people working were amazing. Nice and professional to everyone, explained that they were short handed, thanked everyone for their patience and even offered every customer a water. Cheers to those three employees who were very impressive. I will always try to rent from that location. Thanks again for excellent service on an extremely busy day. You guys rocked!

  The worst place to rent a vehicle. We called to confirm availability before booking, and they processed everything over the phone. Got all our personal and payment information and sent us confirmation email. We drove to this location on E 96th St and we were told there are no cars available. Their response was that they do not have any control over the team that handles the reservation. This is not a way to do business, we wasted 2 hours of our time, both on the phone with them and then driving 45 minutes to the location to find out we won't be served. We will miss our flight in Chicago due to this chaos. DON'T RESERVE FROM THIS LOCATION!!

  I rent from this location at least once a week. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, they all know me by name and quickly get me on the road. Bryce the manager is always going above and beyond for me in my rentals! Although this location can be very busy, the staff do their absolute best to handle everyone in a timely, friendly manner. I will continue renting from this location until the unforeseen future. The cars are clean and ready to go!
