  I reserved a vehicle for pickup at 4pm. Paid 28$ for an uber to this location just to be told they have no vehicles available! So then had to spend another 28$ to get back home. Was told someone would call me about the mishap and have yet to get a call. This was yesterday.

  Market Street branch is my new favorite. There guys there are great and always provide exceptional customer service.

  This Enterprise location has consistently great service. I've rented from them for years for both business and personal travel. Brock and his team are efficient, friendly, and helpful, and they're always asking what they could do to improve service. This location gets busy during conventions and events, but they handle it well. It's a well-managed, convenient downtown location with friendly staff.

  Brock (i think that’s his name) was extremely helpful and very efficient! Had me in and out within 10-15 minutes. I needed a rental since my car will be in the shop for the foreseeable future and he got me in a car that I was comfortable in and something that was very similar to what my daily was! I still recommend this location even though the parking situation isn’t the best :/
