  Had to rent a car due to an accident! Enterprise help make it easy on me. Had my car fix and back to work. Glad for the service I received at an unfortunate time. Would highly recommend this company!

  The staff at 3901 S East St, Indianapolis Indiana Enterprise Car rental have been helpful and courteous every time I have been there. I have rented a car for a day at the beginning of the month for the past 4 months. They have rented me a new, dependable car with excellent gas mileage. Renting from Enterprise to take care of my monthly chores without the need to bother anyone, they are always busy ECT.... Renting a car and running errands has actually helped me feel useful and independent once again and actually give me something to look forward to each month. Jaw HM3

  I recently rented a car from Enterprise for a family vacation. I mistakenly thought I had reserved the vehicle for 8:00 AM, but the system had my reservation set for noon. Thankfully, Clayton Brown stepped in and did an amazing job helping us out. He went above and beyond to get my family into an SUV within the time frame we needed. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help truly made a stressful situation much easier for us. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you again, Clayton, for taking such great care of our family!

  Do you want a car after an accident? Well, they don't have one available (unless you have the body shop call for you). Do you want to get someone on the phone to work out some issue? Well, have fun listening to the same 30 second loop for over 10 minutes or being redirected to a branch that's closed. Want to find something you accidentally left behind? Well, instead of then checking the car you just returned, you get to take time out of your day to sort through their lost and found. If any of that sounds fun, by all means, go to this location. For me, this was a frustrating experience on top of already dealing with my car accident.
