  I had a great experience at this enterprise location. Thank you to Dakota for helping me out in the morning getting my vehicle kind of for a last second reservation. Everyone was very kind and helpful throughout the process. The car was great and served me well on my trip today. Appreciate the good customer service and kindness from the TV!

  I have been an Enterprise Plus member for many years and while I don't often rent vehicles, I have always had good experiences with them when I did rent. Recently, an occasion arose where I needed a 12 passenger van for a family trip to South Carolina. No other vehicle would have suited our purpose. So, on April 11, 2026, I reserved a Ford Transit 12 passenger van from the Enterprise location in Castleton, Indiana for pickup on June 12, 2026. I called this location on June 10, 2026, to make certain that the van would be available as promised on Friday, June 12th. I was told that all of their vans were in the body shop but they would try to locate one for us. This never happened. I never received a call back from Enterprise, so I called them once more on the 10th and twice on the 11th. I was never given any assurance that a van would be available for us on the 12th, as they had promised. All I got was excuses. Obviously, by this point, we had no choice but to alter our plans for transportation to South Carolina. We had to hastily secure two of our personal automobiles, get them serviced and fueled and figure out how to fit 6 people and all their luggage into these vehicles. This was not a good situation by any stretch of the imagination! We did, however, make it to South Carolina and back. The bottom line is that all this could have been avoided if Enterprise had just kept their promise. I didn't get the feeling at any time that they were seriously trying to get us a van. Therefore, in the future, should I or any of my family need to rent a vehicle, it certainly will NOT be through Enterprise!
